Cabins 57-67 are identical styles. These deluxe "mountain chalets" on the Taylor River offer all the amenities of a cabin in a modern and compact package. They are perfect units for families. The deluxe models on the river are very new with nice furniture and fixtures for a more "upscale" feel. The best feature of these is that you are literally steps away from the river. This unit had everything my husband and I needed! The location is great, right beside the Taylor River, away from campers and traffic. We enjoyed the large, covered outdoor deck, and the furnishings were modern and well-maintained. The bedroom is small but we only used it at bedtime. We didn't use the loft, but saw it would be good for small children. The kitchen was fully equipped with nice dishes & glassware, utensils and cookware. Even wine glasses and steak knifes. We were only able to book for 3 nights, but wished it could have been longer! 3 Rivers is just the right distance away from Gunnison, and not far to Crested Butte. We explored all around the area, but would have enjoyed staying right at the Resort the entire time. Fishing outside our door and a few miles away at the fish hatchery pond was fun (catch & release only). Others might enjoy rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, or mountain biking.

We had a great stay in Cabin 59 - Theo's Bomber! The location was perfect as it is very convenient to access Taylor Reservoir, Crested Butte, and Gunnison. The best part was fishing off the banks of the beautiful Taylor River located twenty feet from our cabin porch. The Three Rivers Resort facility has all the necessary amenities including a general store, bait / tackle shop, laundromat, and the scrumptious Three Rivers Smokehouse. The staff did an excellent job and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend a rafting and fishing trip at Three Rivers. Our guide was very patient in teaching our young boys how to trout fish. They made us feel like part of the Three Rivers Resort extended family. We cannot wait to return next summer!

Brought my family for two night and we had an amazing time! My kids 7 and 5 played around in the river, took
mini-hikes and just had an awesome kicked-back vacation.
We will for sure come back next summer! The service at
the office/store was excellent and helpful and the restaurant was delicious (ribs were the best ever!) -

We found the cabin to be an excellent facility. The entire Three Rivers Resort has all the features we are looking for. Great Location, FlyShop, Restarant, and friendly staff.

I stayed at the resort the last week in July and I couldn't have found a nicer place. Cabin 59 was exceptionally clean, comfortable and the location on the river was perfect. I have been to the Gunnison/Almont area quite a few times. This last stay was definately the best. Our group of riders plan on staying again next summer and I'll reserve cabin 59 again. Thanks so much for the great time and hospitality.

Had a great time. Actually me and my family have stayed there the last 9 yrs. We usually rent about 5 or 6 cabins to accommdate all of us. Have never had a problem or bad experience and will probably keep going every year. The cabins are clean and the service is great

The cabin had everything we needed. It is a very nice cabin to relax in. We enjoyed the sound of the river flowing along with the great bird watching right outside the big picture window. It was truely a getaway for us!

I can not praise the staff at Three Rivers Resort more. We weren't treated like guests, we were treated like friends and family. "The other Jim" went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our home away from home.
The cabin was awesome. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable in the cabin. The staff was amazing and friendly.
With the exception of one person over at the restaurant, every single member of the staff was great. I'm not sure if she was the manager or what, but she was a little on the rude side. If it had been just my opinion, I wouldn't even mention it, but each one of us felt the same way.
We are already planning on returning next year and will definitely request the same cabin!
