Apartment which is on the 1st floor of Blazis House, a building consisting of 2 studios and 4 apartments, which is located in a very beautiful site. Blazis House lies 150 meters far from the sea and far from the noise of the beach. It is comfortable, contemporary with traditional furniture and all the rooms are air conditioned. The surrounding area is nicely formed with a parking place and beds for plants and trees. There is a swimming pool as well.

The picturesque maritime village of Almyrida lies on the entrance of the Souda gulf, with a view of Lefka Ori (White Mountains). It lies 30 Km far from Chania airport, 15 Km from Souda’s port and 20 Km from the city of Chania.Almyrida has two nice sandy beaches safe for children. It has taverns, right on the sea, famous allover Chania prefecture for the good fresh fish and the delicious local food. It has also cafe-bars and mini-markets.The virgin open air and the green hills around Almyrida are ideal places for walkers. There are also car-bike rentals as well as taxis.

Great sized family-friendly apartments with lovely good-sized pool located within easy walk of the beach and local shops. Stayed here 3 times and never disappointed. Nicholas is the perfect host and makes sure everything is perfect, he arranged airport pick-up and local car hire too! Lots of nice local bars and shops, beautiful beaches and supermarket not too far either. Easy drive from Chania airport and day trips to Knossos, Heraklion and the south coast easy too.

I would like to recommend the Blazis House rental, my family and i have spent two fantastics weeks in this place. Everything is perfect: clean rooms, nice swimming pool, good location close to the village and the sea!

We have vacationed at Blazis House in the summer of 2011, spending 6 wonderful weeks in the heart of almerida village on Crete. We have tremendously enjoyed our stay, our kids received the best sun-filled vacation at the warmest of the seas, with blue-flag beaches, great food and sincere hospitality of the owners of Blazis House, Nicholas, Nikki, Spyros and their family. The location is practically at yhe beach, few hundred feet away from the center of the village, the pool was always well-maintained, rooms always clean, amenities include everything that is necessary for travel with kids.
I would highly recommend Blazis House for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation at a great village by the sea, at the convenient and comfortable place, with hospitable owners who take care oftheir guests with warmth and generosity.
