This end terraced farm cottage is located just outside Alnmouth in Northumberland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Stephen's Cottage is an end terraced farm cottage on a working farm just two miles from the coastal town of Alnmouth in Northumberland. With three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin as well as the family bathroom and shower room, this cottage can sleep six people. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Expect farm noises and smells but these not intrusive. Car needed but plenty of parking space. within easy reach of fine coastal scenery, nature reserves, historic sites etc. facilities in cottage more than adequate for 4 adults.

Setting: Wonderful next to farm but did not experience any noise or "whiffs". Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely private garden at back of cottage. No problems with parking.
Cottage: Best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean and comfortable - actually had a comfortable sofa - (not the usual holiday cottage sit up and beg type). Kitchen appliances and equipment excellent.
Bathroom lovely.
Owner: Friendly, welcoming and approachable. We knew she was there to ask for help if we needed it, but left us to our devices - great.
Liked Best - everything.
Liked Least - Nothing - Can't think of anything to complain about!!
