3 bedroom unit plus loft. You enter this condo on the lower level where the 2 master bedrooms are located both with Queen beds. One level up is the living area with wood fireplace, TV/DVD/VHS, CD/Cassette player, deck with charcoal BBQ, kitchen with 2 counter stools and tile floor, dining table for 6, full bath, and a bedroom with a Queen and TV. The loft has 2 twins and a full-size futon. There is also a portacrib & baby gate available to use if needed.

The location of the river run condos are amazing, if you like to be near the Truckee River. Great view of river, but have to drive a few miles to get to the lake.
River Run Condo #6 is great for 8-10 people. It's spacious and convenient, and the association pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are great to have as well.
The complaint that I have was the cleaning. The cleaning fee is pretty steep for a mediocre job. We came into the condo and saw chips on the floor, ice cream wrappers around the fire place, and used napkins in the downstairs bedroom. There were blinds missing from the bedroom door, and no hangers in any of the closets. The condo wasn't clean. The balcony was also very dirty, and we couldn't use it throughout our entire stay - which meant no BBQ for us :(
Not sure if we will return to this particular condo. -

This place was dirty. There was spiderwebs everywhere. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. I felt itchy the whole time we were there.
