Power Ridge 11A can easily accommodate a family or group of 6 to 10 in this lovely property with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 1,900 square feet of living space. On the main level are the living room, dining room, full kitchen, deck and two bedrooms. In the living room you can cozy up to the wood burning fireplace or watch satellite TV or movies on the DVD or VCR, in addition this room offers a Queen sofa sleeper. The dining area, just off the living area, has a large table with eight chairs and two stools at the kitchen counter. The rental was just as billed. It was perfect for our 6 guys on a guys trip. The kitchen was great for couple of nights we cooked, the place was very clean and offered enough room for a group our size. We wished that the hot tub had been outside, but we loved the proximity to skiing. We will definitely rent again in the future.

We had never been to alta and loved it! Despite an unusual lack of snow, skiing was good. The condo was very comfortable with more than enough room for our family of 6. The only negatives were all related to the kids' room. The bunk beds were squeaky, there was no door to the bathroom and they could hear footsteps upstairs. The path to the ski area worked best at the end of the day. We took the shuttle over in the morning. It was incredibly fast and the pick up spot very close. Skiing back to the condo worked well. We did not bring a car and were glad the van from the airport allowed a 1/2 hour stop on the way to pick up skis and groceries we had ordered. The restaurant within walking distance was pricey and we ended up making dinner at the condo most nights. (Management very helpfully made sure there was a crockpot in the unit for us.) One thing people should know is that although there are plenty of towels and soap, renters need to bring their own shampoo. Management did a great job keeping the hot tub ready for use and were very willing to help out with a large printing job we needed done.

I have never been looked after by a nicer, friendlier and more helpful group of people. from lift tickets, tourist advice, shopping or transport, the Canyon Services team are 6 star. its a bold move to rent a place online form australia sight unseen for an extended family of 7. the trip cost 3 times my first annual starting salary. from my first enquiry in July 2010 to the day we checked out, i experienced an unprecedented level of service and assistance. there is something very special about the alta area and i believe that it flows through to the locals who work there. This is not just a ski holiday (of which I have had dozens). Alta, with the help of Canyon Services, is a "life experience" and when i go back, it will be through Canyon and their amazing team. I never complete surveys or blog reviews. I have 5 children + own and run 2 busineses. me completing this survey is testament to how highly I regard their operation.
