NEWLY RENOVATED! Situated on the beach boulevard in the LOVELY TOWN OLD ALTEA, this apartment has everything that you may need. 2 bedrooms (2 beds each), 1 bathroom and a guest toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, living room with dining area and a nice glazed balcony that has big windows that slide open and sea-view. A few steps from the pebble beach and promenade, very close to shops many cafes and restaurants. Altea is still a very Spanish little town, you will love it!

The old town of Altea is probably the prettiest on the Costa Blance,it's church situated on a hill and surrounded by whitewashed houses are a fabulous site for relaxing and enjoying life. Although there are many tourists in summer, it still is very Spanish and you will still feel like you're in Spain! Restaurants and cafes are still very reasonably priced !! Every Tuesday there is a market. You can stroll on the beach boulevard til the next town of Albir, where you'll find more restaurants , cafes and shops. New : you can now rent bicycles for just 3€ a day, right on the boulevard in front of the apartment.The train station and bus stops are nearby and it's easy to get to Benidorm (20 minutes by train or bus). Benidorm offers a lot of entertainment and 2 nice sandy beaches. There are 4 themes parcs all within a 15 minutes drive. (Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura) Ideal for a family holiday or a romantic one.
