Ideal for either families or couples set within a secluded garden and private pool. There are all the facilities you will need to enjoy a relaxing self catering break and if that becomes all too much there are lots of great International restaurants in the local area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Bedroom 1 the master suite, is a large double room with a king size bed and can be made into a family room, en-suite bathroom. Coast/Beach
The beaches of Altea and Calpe are a 10 minute drive away or 20 minutes will find you in Benidorm with its world famous Blue Flag beaches. Marina Campomanes is also only a 5 minute drive for those that just enjoy the atmosphere of an exclusive Marina complex.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in the area but the closest is the Don Cayo which is a 5 minute drive away.
Travel
Alicante is 40 minutes away and Valencia is 60 minutes and whilst a car is not essential it is recommended.

The Villa is located in Sierra Altea and is located centrally for the village of Altea La Vella and the Altea .region. The beaches of Altea and Calpe are a 10 minute drive away or 20 minutes in the opposite direction will find you in Benidorm with its world famous beaches and safe bathing. 20 minutes inland will find you at Quadlest with its famous fonts de algar fountains well worth a visit.

A 2 minute drive or a stroll down hill you will find the small village of Altea La Vella which has a number of restaurants, small supermarket, newsagent, patisserie, chemist and bank everything you will need. For those who wish to explore further, there is the main town of Altea a pretty fishing port with a wealth of shops restaurants and main facilities.
