2 bedroom, air conditioned apartment with two bathrooms (1 is en-suite)
This is a well-appointed and spacious 2 bedroom, air conditioned apartment with two bathrooms (1 is en-suite). It is fully equipped and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There is also a large travel cot available for children up to 3 years old. A push-chair and table booster-seat are also included at no extra charge. Altea la Vella is a small traditional village with stunning views to the sea and the Bernia mountains. Although it is in a quiet nature setting it is close to services, the beach and all the restaurants and sights of Altea. The village has real character and a selection of fine cafes and tapas bars. One of the restaurants in the village is Ca Toni. There are also Giardinos, Valentinos, Bellinis, Ripol, Bernia, and more. So plenty of places to eat without going out of the village. There is a new and an old part to the village. The old part is on a small hill having tiny streets and a lovely church. You must look inside. In the newer part of the village there is a theatre, school, bars, cafes and shops, and a couple of bakers. It only takes 4-5 minutes drive down to the village and there is plenty of parking up behind the bank. There is a 9 hole golf course nearby at Club Don Cayo.The main road through the village goes to the coast (4 minutes in car to L'Olla Beach)

Having returned for our third visit this year, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It is a real home from home with all the comforts of a well appointed appartment, and the garden/pateo area is beautiful with great views. The pool and grounds are always immaculate too, and our children really love our holidays there. It's quiet and tranquil location is ideal for a relaxing holiday and comprehensive information at the apartment gives loads of ideas for days out, trips, beaches, shops etc which is invaluable. This apartment has everything and we can't wait to go again!

The apartment is impeccable, and very well stocked with everything you would need, particularly if travelling with children. A very spacious holiday apartment, with a lovely terrace for eating out any time of the day. Beautiful views of the mountains and altea town in the distance. Pool very clean and well maintained. In close driving distance to altea town, as well as local attractions such as Guadalest. Calpe with its great sandy beaches also very close by car. We travelled with our 3 year old son, and found the water park (Aqua Natura) and zoo (Terra Natura) at Benidorm to be excellent family days out. The local village altea la Vella has a couple of useful supermarkets and some nice restaurants. Altea itself is a lovely Spanish town with lots of choices of restaurants and shops. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment, both for its high standard of accommadation and its location in a lovely area of Spain.
