Golden Park is in a superb location a mere 10 minute stroll from the resort center. This property has beautiful pool views. Very tastefully decorated 1 bed bedroom apartment.Second floor with lift. 2 beds and sofa bed, ideal for a family of 2 adults and 1 small Child. Very spacious apartment sitting on a very popular complex,very well equipped apartment with all mod-cons.

Golden park is a very well maintained complex with Olympic size swimming pool,excellent bar and entertainment facilities.Very popular with the families.There is a free bus service 3 times a day up and down to the centre of the resort. Staff on the complex are very frie...ndly.

Some of the Interior may vary from the advertised property.

Bodrum (transfer time 75mins) is the nearest airport however flights are also available to Izmir with a slightly longer transfer time of (110 mins).

The Aegean Coast region

The Aegean coastline is famed for its stunning scenery, year round sunshine, natural sandy beaches.

Plenty of activities available nearby, water sports, Aqua Park, visiting nearby historical sites such as the Temple of Apollo, the historical ruins of Ephesus approx 90 minutes drive. This is one of the Ancient Seven Wonders of the World and worth a visit. or just enjoying the traditional Turkish culture still present in this area.
The Altinkum / Didim area

Altinkum means "Golden Sands" and the 3 beaches provide just that. The 3 beautiful beaches in the area are only 15minuts away, if you are not the walking type, there is a free bus into town from reception, or the local dolmus bus which runs every 10 minutes.

The main beach seafront of Altinkum is approx 1km and is pedestrianised with a larger selection of shops, bars and restaurants offering cuisine to suit all tastes.

Golden Park is only a 10 minute walk away from the local supermarket . There is a local Saturday market and is definitely not to be missed and only 15 minutes away. The Market offers designer goods at affordable prices and you can practice your haggling skills and have fun with it.

Dolphin Square is approx 15 mins walk where there are an abundance of bars/restaurants.

  We booked direct through the estate owners Oracle Estates and can only praise the helpfulness of them throughout the booking process.
  
  We have been to Turkey many times to the Dalaman region and decided to try somewhere different this time.
  We rented a one bedroom apartment and asked for a low floor as i don't like lifts, we were on the ground floor facing away from the Pool which was perfect as it was really peaceful day and night.
  
  The Complex is well positioned some may say slightly off the beaten track but we found it ideal, it is a 10 minute walk to the main Carrefour supermarket and main strip and 20 minute walk to the beach and altinkum although in the day we would recommend using the free courtesy bus from the complex which is three times a day (except Monday).
  
  However if you really wanted you could stay on the complex as everything is catered for, there is a pool bar / restaurant that provides everything as well as serving excellent food and drink, they sell water bottles for the dispensers that are in the apartments, to gas bottles for the cookers, bread, milk etc, they have a phone to call home (as roaming charges in Turkey are high), WI FI for a small charge, Sky TV and much more.
  
  The pool is fantastic and very needed as it was 36% + when we left.
  
  The complex is mainly British owned mixed with a few Turks however we paid £126 for a week’s rental in a one bedroom apartment, so personally i wouldn't buy.
  Oracle also provide reasonable transfers at £50 Return to Bodrum, the transfer is the only drawback to the area, due to the state of the roads it is approx 75 minute journey minimum.
  
  All in all though i would say if you are in altinkum / Didim
  then Golden Park is well worth a stay
