This was our second stay at Neeley Mountain Home. The views were our favorite, the birds second, the fireplace and big windows, location, the home in general was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the deck and just being in a lovely place where we could relax, walk and enjoy life.

The Neeley House is a great place, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our time there was very relaxing. We also enjoyed watching the deer and beautiful birds.

This is one of the nicest homes we have rented. This house has everything you would need. The hot tub was great. Sitting under the starts in the hot tub drinking wine was the greatest. The deer that was out under the deck every morning was great. The beautiful sunrise on Sierra Blanca was breath taking. Waking up to see that was just wonderful. The view is to die for. You will have a wonderful get away if you stay here.

Super nice place to stay. Clean, loved decor, jacuzzi, but the view is great. We will try to go back and stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stat in alto & the house was amazing!!! We did experience a few weird things while in the house, every time we went down stairs to the laundry room we could hear what sounded like little kids talking & laughing, and it was always freezing cold down there! So we mever used the pool table cuz it wuz kinda creepy!!! Also all of our cellular devices locked up and would not come back on & the radio would just turn off by itself when no one was even around it!!! And in the guest bathroom every time We showered it felt like we were being watched!!! Other than that the house is amazing & beautiful !!
One of the best vacations we've had!!

From the time we booked to the day we checked out, our experience was perfect. Booking was easy, the Condotel employees were friendly & helpful...answered any questions I had with joy. The home was beautiful! This was our kids (4 & 6) first time to Ruidoso, and the location/decor/cleanliness/view of the Neely House was awesome!!! We could not have asked for a better experience! We were super close to the ski slopes, Winter Park, and a short drive in to Ruidoso. The view was breathtaking!! We enjoyed a short hike through the trails (in the snow) & relaxing after a long day of skiing & tubing. Seriously, it was my most favorite vacation we have taken as a family!!

this was a really nice home.very pretty views, but the house was kinda hot. only window units and they didn't work well. but over all house was great. i only had a problem with the people that rented it. over a 100.00 cleaning fee. especially when we had to do the most clean the grill put dishes in dish washer and start it and take off the trash which was not close to the house at all. hello what the hech was the 100.00 for. probaly would not rent again. i can get just as good for cheaper than this and then they keep your deposit for how long and get real 150.00. i have rented several places and this deposit is unreal.they sure don't want to give it back as soon as they take it teresa in texas

I was stationed in the army in El Paso at Ft Bliss and my wife was back in Oklahoma do she flew in for a long weekend and we rented this house over Veterans day weekend. The home was just what we needed for a romantic escape for the weekend and to sit out in the hot tub while looking at the mountain was so serene. We also enjoyed the sunken down fireplace in the living room. A great pace for anyone to stay.
Pleasant but not great

Cabin was nice but poor a/C when needed. Hot tub was not usable due to excessive chlorine
The perfect getaway spot!

This house was great! We loved having meals on the deck with a great view, but our favorite feature was the fire pit in the living room. We roasted smores every night in the comfort of the indoors! The rooms were very comfortable and clean - definitely would stay here again!

Very nice house, the view is over the top. What a hot tub location.
A little hard to find but worth it.
There was a small snow fall the day we arrived, so pretty from the big windows.
The internet was out during our stay, That was not a bad thing. Got up and did some walking, oh so nice to be outside.

had a family reunion with 3 sisters, we came from 3 different states. The view was undescribible, we spent most of our time out on the dock, the set up of the house was wonderful and I plan on coming back.

We stayed there last year & loved so much we rebooked for this aug. Close enough to Ruidosa to go in anytime but out enough to really enjoy the quiet & beauty of the mountains. Love the deck & hottub for beautiful views day & night. Steps would be alittle hard for those with leg or breathing problem
could not get stars to rate correctly Online-i would give four stars!!

We loved the Neeley Mountain house. It provided a very secluded get-away in an upscale area. Beautiful views from the nice big deck. Some kind of awning or umbrella on the deck would have allowed us to stay out there all day...!
This house would be perfect for a family with children...and I can see how the skiers would love gathering around the big fire pit in the wintertime.
