Balmer Lodge is a cute three bedroom, two bath cabin located in the quiet woods of Alto. This is a very well decorated, colorful A-frame that offers all the comforts of home with Ruidoso mountain charm. There is air conditioning through out the house and a TV in every bedroom. All three beds, including the new sleeper sofa, are queen size and will comfortably accommodate up to six people. On cool nights, snuggle up and share stories with loved ones around the fireplace or by the heater on the lower back deck. Enjoy a private, relaxing soak in the hot tub. Everything was great from the start. Service, communication and Balmer Lodge. Celebrated my Mothers 60th birthday here. She loved it. My 4 year old got to feed some deer and all the adults (5) got to relax. Looking to take the in-laws next!!

This was our first time renting a cabin. We typically stay in hotels but this time we planned and looked for a cabin that would meet our needs.
From the time we arrived to pick up our keys to e very end, this cabin lived up to our expectations based on the photos and information available online. It was very cozy and everything worked including tv, oven, microwave, hot tub, out door heat lamp, fireplace, and wifi. The three decks and furniture were also very neat. We were able to see many deer everyday in the backyard. I could spend all summer in this place if only I could afford to. -

very nice cabin, great area with privacy and quiet. you need to be careful you dont bump your head with the a-frame. overall a nice place to stay.

The house was nice but needed a little tlc. There were spider webs in the corners and it could have been a little cleaner. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The mattresses on all beds need to be replaced. It is a wooded view which is nice but I missed seeing the mountains from the deck.

I really enjoyed all the amenities it has, the outdoor jacuzzi & the deck are a great place to enjoy with friends for a barbecue or with your couple only.

This a-frame cottage was just what we thought we were renting. A very cute, comfortable living space stocked with everything a person would need to stay there. The hot tub on the back porch was perfect for those chilly Ruidoso nights. I would recommend this rental property to anyone who wants to relax and take in the incredible view. We even had some deer walk right up to the porch area. Very nice place.

We (3 couples) all enjoyed our stay at Balmer Lodge. The place was really nice and we really enjoyed the hot tub especially after snow skiing all day. The house is so close to the mountain as well and in a very nice neighborhood. We will visit again soon. All the employees at Condotel were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much for everything!
