Contemporary Home nestled on the waterfront of Sunset Lake in Alton Bay, New Hampshire. House has it's own launching ramp, 160' sandy beach and 32' dock. We supply Five kayaks and a row boat for our renters but many choose to bring their own boats. Sunset Lake is a crystal clear private lake stocked with Large and Small mouth bass for anglers. We have patio's down by the water with a sitting area to keep a close watch on the children and a small play house on the property. There is a fire pit (gas) on the patio to warm chilly nights. There are four queen size beds and spacious living areas for lounging. The house is situated in a resort area of New Hampshire called the Lakes region, it is adjacent to skiing (Gunstock Mountain) , snow snowmobiling in the winter and hiking throughout the year.
