Villa Rosinella is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Amalfi, along the famous 163 road connecting all the Amalfi Coast towns, near the well-known Santa Caterina Hotel. The Villa is just renovated and never used before as a vacation rental.

It’s like a gem set in the stone and from its windows, its terrace and the garden it’s possible to admire directly the classical view celebrated by a lot of postcards on Amalfi, a little town with a glorious past of maritime Republic. Thanks to the old tower on its side, guests can feel as ancient romans or as a poet or an artist, enjoying the quiet of these areas for their holidays.

Villa Rosinella, with its 60 sq. m., is a little rarity, for being one of the few accommodations on the Amalfi Coast to have a street level access, with no long flights of stairs or tortuous paths to reach it.

In this gracious villa it is possible to find the best elements of the Amalfi Coast. The sun is already present, due to the extraordinary position. The sea, which the villa directly overlooks to, without elements impeding its view, is crossed by dozens of wonderful boats during the day and typical fish lamps at night, to catch the tasty red squids. The lemons, whose fragrance enjoyable directly from the trees in the garden of the villa, are the basis for many local desserts such as the famous 'Delizie' based on lemon cream, and the liquor 'Limoncello'. The rocks of the Coast draw the lines of the Amalfi Coast in a way that make it one of the most important touristic destinations in the world. The barrel vaults, typical of many ancient homes on the Coast, ensure cool in summer and warm in winter.

Villa Rosinella can accommodate 3 guests in the double bedroom and on a furniture, that can be placed in the first room or in the new fitness room.

Starting from the garage for bikes, with a toilet, there is a brand new fitness room (with a private bathroom with shower), a little room with washing machine and a wash and then the solarium terrace, with sunbeds, solar umbrella and a shower. On the terracotta ground, there is a splendid majolica wind rose and there, it is possible to live wonderful relax moments under sun or moon light, with the Tyrrhenian Sea in front of the guests.

On the left of the terrace there is the entrance to the rooms of Villa Rosinella, actually separated in two rooms and the bathrooms, each one with a wonderful view on Amalfi center and the sea.

The first one has a little electric kitchen angle with coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, grill, fridge with freezer and a complete set of elements for cooking. On the opposite side there is a comfortable sofa-bed for one person. The room is air-conditioned.

The next room is a splendid double bedroom with luxury furniture, air-conditioning, television set and all the necessary for a comfortable staying. The room has a little balcony.

After the bedroom there is a large majolica-tiled bathroom with all the accessories, a large shower and a wonderful window.

Using a panoramic ramp of stairs, from the solarium it’s possible to reach the two levels garden of Villa Rosinella. The first is the smaller one with pomegranate trees, while the second one has beautiful typical Amalfi lemon trees, with a table and chairs for guests. The panoramic view from the gardens is even better.

It’s not necessary to have private transportation to stay at Villa Rosinella. It’s possible to park motorbikes or scooter in the private garage and the car just outside of it, without any risk because the area is very quiet. Otherwise there is a bus stop near the Villa, connecting to the center of Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Agerola without other changes. It’s really difficult to find a more versatile solution.

Villa Rosinella is covered by free wireless broadband internet connection.

The nearest beach is the Duoglio one and a private lift service can be used, paying a little daily price reserved to Villa Rosinella’s guest. The access point is one minute on foot off the Villa. In the same position you will find a good restaurant with special discounts for guests.

Transfers to/from train stations or airports and mini-tours in the Amalfi Coast and surroundings are available on request at very special prices.
