Villa Madreluna is a spacious three-story villa located on the high coast in front of the sea. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Madreluna you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Madreluna is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, spacious private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants..., the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Pogerola line at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Villa Madreluna from the street level going down a 150-meters (490-feet) private walkway that cuts through green Mediterranean gardens and includes approximately 300 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Madreluna we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
The villa is nestled in the green hills above Amalfi.
The typical pedestrian route, which includes about 300 steps, can also be covered by a stairlift from the main road that leads directly to the gardens of the villa.
The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner and has a cervical hydromassage shower. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi.
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and pergolas. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is shaded by an awning. The terrace is equipped with wickerwork sofas and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the coastline.
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is shaded by an awning and by an wood roof. It is equipped with two armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi.
The first living room is paved with original terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two leather sofas. In this room you will find a beamer, a DVD player, a CD player with FM radio, a personal computer with broadband Internet connection and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). The room has a window with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat 20 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a small television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two single divan beds. The room has three windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
You will be able to enter the eighth bedroom from the second living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the first terrace.
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
