Villa Emozione is a splendid two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Emozione you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi . Villa Emozione is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, the... shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach ( Duoglio Beach ) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Villa Emozione from the main entrance of the building going down approximately 20 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Emozione. If you do have one, you will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most three cars.
Villa Emozione is tended by a caretaker.
You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Emozione going down a walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps. The pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-October.
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2.2 by 2.2 meters, 7.2 by 7.2 feet) with four seats. You will reach it from Villa Emozione going down a walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 30 stairway steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will have a splendid view of the sea.
The patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second terrace along an external stairway. It is partly shaded by a perfumed bougainvillea pergola and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a bright view of the sea.
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed bougainvillea pergola and by trees. The garden is equipped with masonry sofas, as well as with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. The garden is occasionally crossed by the gardener.
The second terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
The third terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. The terrace is equipped with masonry sofas, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a gorgeous view of the sea.
The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast . The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player and a personal computer with broadband Internet connection. From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.

In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
