Description
Our lovely Garden View Apartment sleeps up to 2 guests and overlooks the gardens, woodland & surrounding tranquil countryside. Situated on the ground floor of our farmhouse, the apartment has its own terrace for dining on warm summer evenings.
Lovingly restored using traditional Italian materials, your cosy accommodation has wooden shutters, cotto tiles & beamed ceilings. They accompany modern day necessities including central heating & double glazing which run throughout.
Your living room area is complete with a comfortable sofa, arm chair, digital radio, satellite TV, DVD player & indoor games & books. At the far end, the kitchenette is equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave with small convection oven, kettle, toaster, cafetierre, nespresso machine, plenty of crockery & glassware, cooking utensils, tea towels & washing up liquid. There is also a dining table & chairs.
The ensuite double bedroom is fitted with luxury bedding, coded safe. complimentary toiletries, shower, wc & bidet & a separate door leading onto the terrace & gardens.
The second bedroom if required, can be rented for an additional cost & has twin beds & an en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, bidet, wc & door leading onto the terrace. Please note The second bedroom, although right next door to the living area, does not have an internal door connecting the two. It is entered via the terrace just next door.
