Seascape is located 3.5 Miles North of San Pedro on the unspoiled, pristine beach front of North Ambergris Caye. Upon entry to this sensational villa with a unique floor plan, the spacious round great room opens through 3 sets of French doors to a wrap around covered veranda. This three level villa is over 3,000 square feet, spacious enough for the perfect getaway of land and sea activity for that family vacation you always wanted to have. Follow the circular stair case to the master bedroom which features a king sized bed, private bath with walk in closet, separate shower and tub and beautiful private veranda. The second and third bedroom ha...s two twin beds, a private bathroom and closet, a glass tile shower and a quaint vanity area. In addition these bedrooms have private access to the terrace and beach. Enjoy spectacular views and the Caribbean breeze from all rooms of this open spacious villa. All bedrooms are accessed through the exotic indoor atrium's.

The kitchen has an open counter overlooking the dining area, great room and views beyond. This villa is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and linens, etc. The villa includes cable TV, DVD player, a full stock of DVDs, stereo and CDs, wireless internet, games and books for your entertainment

Around your private villa you will find secret gardens, barbecue area and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Freshwater pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, bikes and tennis court are all part of the Seascape Villas amenities.

  Overall process was great, the booking agent Richard and Concierge Claudia from Luxury Retreats were always on the ball and very responsive. The villa was nice and as advertised. Only layer of improvement would be the pool which was not the best, so we walked over to other hotels with nicer pools as they are fine with using the facilities. The staff at the villa is nice and friendly and the villas are really big and well furnished. - Pj S., ,

  It was a pleasure working with Richard since day one. From the moment I sent a quote request I received a call and email from Richard who is the specialist and provided great listening skills to work on getting what you are looking for. He will contact you and make sure he provides great customer service while working on a good deal for you. I was very satisfied with the productivity of Richard and would definitely work with him again on another trip. When we got to Seascape we were greeted kindly by the staff and were accommodating to our unexpected early arrival. Desiree and Ana were both great!! There was one other guy with a hard name to remember who was very helpful whenever we needed something. I would definitely visit the staff again. We also got a chance to meet the owner Tina and her friend Kaitlin. They were both amazingly friendly and hospitable!!! They made sure that we had everything we needed and even made a couple of runs for us to the market/town for items th - Robert G., California, USA

  wonderful 50th anniversary family trip

  My family stayed at the Seascape Nautilus 1 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. My mom can't stop talking about it! Our villa with the indoor jungle atrium was lovely, we cooked a lot of our own meals, and also enjoyed some delicious (but expensive) restaurants that were a short beach walk away. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and private entrance. We made good use of the bicycles, kayaks and snorkel equipment that were provided with the villa. We were thrilled with the ability to paddle out to the reef and do our own snorkeling. Lily took excellent care of us, assisting with tours we booked and restaurant reservations - and answering endless questions from my inquisitive mom. The pool was warm and wonderful. I would definitely stay here again, and so would my folks. My brother would have preferred something closer to town, as he is fond of night life. Getting into town (3 miles away) required paying for water taxi service, or a very long beach bike ride. You could also rent golf carts (not recommended - horrible potholed road). We did limit our excursions to the main land to one trip (cave tubing and ziplining - fun!!) because they required about 3 hours of boating back and forth. Fyi - because its an island, groceries were quite expensive.

  The facilities were exactly as described. The Villa and grounds were immaculate. Tomas and, the staff were very friendly and, eager to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
