This first floor apartment is located in the heart of Ambleside in the Lake District and can sleep four people in one bedroom. Brathay is a first floor apartment in the heart of the popular Lake District village of Ambleside. The apartment sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, a fold down double bed and a bathroom. Also in the apartment is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a sitting area with the drop down bed. Outside is off road parking and guests have use of a leisure complex with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Perfect for a romantic break, Brathay is a superb holiday apartment all year round.

Note: Shared use of on-site swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room available at £35 per group per week payable on arrival. Prices for less than a week are 3 nights £15, 4 nights £20, 5 nights £25. Passes must be purchased from the site office which is open Mon - Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4, Sat 9-6, Sun 9-3. There is a refundable £20 deposit for entry to the leisure facilities.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
