B&B44; has a privileged position in the highest part of the medieval town of Amelia. The house, surrounded by garden enshrined by ancient walls, offers an exceptional view, far from the traffic. In the Springtime and in Summer, a delicious organic breakfast awaits you in the suspended garden under the pergola. In autumn and winter you can relax by the fire-place in the big kitchen-rom enjoying the view of the garden and the valley. Two double rooms have the direct access to the garden, and the other two have a beautifiul view. In the vast linving room, you can play piano, watch satellite TV and use Wi-fi.

Quasi in cima ad amelia, questo BB è all'interno di una vecchia e caratteristica costruzione cui si accede tramite un vicoletto (solo a piedi). L'ambiente è molto caldo ed accogliente e la camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato per una notte è abbastanza confortevole (anche se non molto grande, ma lo spazio a nostra disposizione era molto: un corridoio ed il bagno molto grande). Il letto comodo e grande, una cassettiera ed una struttura appendiabiti sul corridoio per i vestiti e le borse. Tutto molto pulito (lenzuoli e asciugamani forniti) e ben tenuto (extra bonus per il bagno). La finestra della stanza si affaccia su amelia e su buona parte della valle ed è un gran bello spettacolo! ma non sono riuscito a capire come aprire la zanzariera e poter chiudere gli scuri, quindi sveglia all'alba... grazie anche alle campane della vicina chiesa! Inoltre la stanza è piuttosto calda e c'è solo il ventilatore per salvarsi, ma per fortuna l'aria era stata rinfrescata da un bello scroscio di pioggia. La colazione è servita nell'ampia e bella cucina, con buona scelta di dolci e marmellate (fatte in casa), yogurt ecc.. Il giardino è molto caratteristico e invitante per un riposino. Gentilezza e cordialità della padrona di casa dalla prenotazione ai saluti. Il prezzo forse per un BB è un po' alto... ma la qualità c'è.
