Left on 11/30/2012 for a stay in November 2012
This unit is nicely furnished and adequately stocked with the necessities. Loved being on ground floor so could just walk out to beach. Great views. Comfortable. Master bedroom and bath are great.
One potential downside, the unit is right behind the pool, which was fine for November trip. Not sure if it would be noisy during the summer or not.
My only concern was cleanliness. It's apparent the units are cleaned when a renter leaves but not necessarily again before a renter arrives. This unit must have been empty for quite awhile as it was very dusty and had big cobwebs under the entertainment center. There were many glasses with lipstick stains and some dishes with food bits stuck to them. I would wash the glasses and dishes anyway before using them, but it was a little alarming to see that glasses were not clean.
The biggest concern was the tile floor. I put on socks to walk around the first day and noticed the soles were filthy within 30 minutes. Floor may have been swept or vacuumed after previous renters left, but no way it had been mopped. Made me wonder what else wasn't quite clean. For the money, I would expect a completely clean unit.
Other than that, the unit was very nice and I would consider renting it again.
