Living room/den with new leather sofa bed 2 persons (firm mattress 14 cm / 5 ½ inches) as well as single sofa bed. Home entertainment center and home cinema with satellite TV & Apple TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. Wood-burning stove for cozy evenings, dining area for 6 with exterior view, master bedroom with new extra firm double bed 160 cm x 200 cm (63" x 79") or two single beds (80 cm x 200 / 32" x 79") with satellite TV, DVD and VCR, Apple TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, space for additional cot or portable crib, full marbled bath includes rain shower and large bath, fully-equipped kitchen, study area and library containing books in English, French and German, child play area.
Entertainment/Multimedia: Home entertainment center and home cinema with video projector and 2 meter (78") screen, satellite TV, CD, DVD, blu-ray, Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video (multiple languages available), radio, hi-fi equipment with surround sound, CD, DVD collection. Internet (Wi-Fi) throughout.
Private triple French door entrance faces flowered courtyard, surrounded by fully enclosed flowered gardens on half an acre (1700 sq. meters).
Private lower wood deck approximately 60 square meters (650 square feet) with pergola for shade, gas barbecue, dining table and lounge area.

Private secure off-street outdoor parking.
Guests have access to entire lower level of home, front courtyard and lower gardens with deck. Please avoid garage and other outbuildings.
