BristolA wonderful cottage, and a brilliant location.
Left on 01/19/2012 for a stay in September 2011
We've had several holidays in this cottage and each one has been perfect. It really is a pebbles throw from the beach.
The cottage is immaculate throughout, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. On lazy days it's great to sit outside the cottage with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. It's also an excellent base for places such as Tenby, Saundersfoot or St Davids.
The local pub is within walking distance, and does excellent food. There are a few shops at the far end of the village, and you can walk along the beach to them at low tide. The shops stock all the basics - newspapers, milk, bread, etc.
The beach is great for kids as the sea is very shallow and excellent for paddling. There are also a lot of rock pools that are fun to investigate.
Finally, don't forget to feed the birds...there are many varieties and they love to the visit the garden, along with rabbits and squirels.
Once you've been to the cottage, I guarantee you'll want to go back.

Jo, we really appreciate your brilliant review, thank you. We are looking forward to a good summer after a mild winter (so far!)
We expect to have a new table and 6 chairs for the dining area, the old ones are a bit tired now so we think this will be a popular upgrade. Actually, not new but re-furbished G-Plan, so we think it will suit the style of the cottage. Best regards, Bob & Ruth -

CardiganWow! What a cottage, couldn't ask for a better location!

The cottage was lovely, homely and clean. Bob and Ruth were very welcoming and the views... wow, it is the perfect location for a holiday cottage in Pembrokeshire. No complaints at all :)

Thanks for a brilliant review! We aim to make short breaks attractive during quiet times in the year, both early and late season by a discount on the rate when there are just a few people staying at the cottage. Ruth and I are very pleased you enjoyed your short break.

FarehamA self catering gem at amroth
Left on 12/30/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The position of this 3 double bedroom cottage overlooking the sea could not be better. A well maintained, with all facilities, Welsh cottage. This is where you come to relax away from the maddenning crowd walk the sea shore which the cottage overlooks. The beautiful old port of Saundersfoot a short drive or adventurous coastal walk is close by. The walled coastal town of Tenby a short drive. However why leave amroth fantastic safe beach 3 shops & one cafe plus 3 pubs! The New Inn 50 yards away serving great food & real ales - a bonus. Ruth & Bob Keys ensure everything is perfect on arrival at the cottage . Tv, Cd player even a piano if required. watch the sun go down from the patio and wake up to sunrise over the bay from the comfort of your bed. Go on spoil your family and friends.
