Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage is right opposite the beach in the village of Amroth. Rock Cottage is a semi-detached property in the village of Amroth, opposite the beach and close to the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The cottage has a king-size double room, a double and a single, along with a ground floor shower room. There is also a kitchen, and a sitting room with folding dining table and open fire. Outside, there is a front terrace with views over the beach, and to the rear, tiered patio areas. Parking can be found in a free car park a minute or so from the property. Rock Cottage is ideally... placed for enjoying the beaches of Pembrokeshire along with the resort towns, theme parks, castles and more.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky+, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Parking FOC in nearby car park about 100 yards from cottage. Front enclosed terrace with garden furniture. Enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture, gated tiered terraces with patio on top tier. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk (open Easter to September), pub 2 mins walk. Sandy beach 1 min walk. Note: The property is alongside the road so some traffic noise experienced outside. Note: Access to the property is up a small flight of steps from the road. Note: Pavement is on the other side of the road, so children need to be supervised across to the beach. Note: Rear garden is gated but has steep steps up to different tiers so not suitable for the less mobile.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
