Located just opposite the old harbour of Amsterdam, this house overlooks one of the city’s famous canals and enjoys natural light from its large windows. It is a peaceful spot in the city but only a few minutes’ walk from the major attractions such as Dam square and the Royal Palace, The Hermitage, the beautiful Botanical Gardens, the Zoo, the Maritime Museum, Nemo, The Flea Market and Rembrandt’s House, The Amstelkring Museum, The Old Church, and many more. Since the apartment is only 5 minutes’ walk from Amsterdam’s Central Station, allows one to have accessible travel to and from the airport, to the rest of the city and the Netherlands. Only 500 meters away is the picturesque Nieuwmarkt with its market, café’s, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, ATM’s and an enormous open square. In the middle of the square there is ‘De Waag’ a 15th-century building, originally one of the city’s gate and part of the walls of Amsterdam.
