This luxury Amsterdam accommodation with three floors at the “Nieuwmarkt” is equipped with more than you could wish for during your stay in Amsterdam. This wonderful Amsterdam apartment can sleep up to 4 people. 1st Floor: Living room with kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with satellite-TV and Nintendo. 2nd Floor: Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet. Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. 3rd Floor: Second bedroom with double bed. Although this is the topfloor, you will have no problems to walk around the room straight up.

Great apartment, questionable location if with family, on edge of red light district, equipment v poor, chipped glasses and crockery, sky tv not working, ps3 playing up. Difficulty contacting host due to change is arrangements last minuted that where not communicated.

Great location, very clean, warm and well furnished apartment with large bedrooms and bathroom. Very close to Dam Square but on a quiet street. Both bedrooms were completely quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in central amsterdam.

Peter was very accommodating when we asked to check in a little earlier than 14h00, but little less pleased when missing our train caused us to be late. The flat is located straight off Waalstraat, center of Red-light district, yet on a very tranquil street. The location was perfect for us, as we were on foot mostly and wanted to be in the center of amsterdam. The apartment is very comfortable and modern and the beds slept like a dream. The kitchen is fully fitted, but requires smaller mugs and had no plates. There is also no hairdryer, which was a bit of a pain. The apartment was clean, spacious and even contained a PS3 and sky tv. I would definitely return and most definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed here for a long weekend in December and had a wonderful time. This is the first time we've rented an apartment in amsterdam rather than using a hotel and we definitely don't regret it.
The owner met us to give us keys and show us around and he was such a nice guy, recommending places for us to visit and generally being very welcoming - even after we kept him waiting for 2 hours due to a delayed flight!
Apartment itself was beautifully finished to a high standard, very clean and comfortable and is in a great area. We didn't want to leave! Will definitely be heading back there on our next trip. -

We were 4 friends (female) that stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in august. The location is good, walking distance from central station, shopping, restaurants and museums. The apartment is cozy enough and the house owner was both helpful and friendly. There was no dinner table but we ate our breakfast by the living room table instead.

The apartment was more than we expected! No problems at all (everything worked fine)! Instead of the cold outside(-10C at night) we enjoyed inside a very warm habit. What to say about the location? Nothing better than this. Almost everything stands in walking distance - it's a very quiet location, though. About the owner, we have no words: A kind and very helpful gentelman! We're looking forward to our next visit in Amsterdam spending the days in the same apartment..!

We had a fabulous weekend break in this apartment. It is fully equiped with everything you could need, the beds are so comfy, as is the sofa. Big bathroom with shower, bath tub and washing machine. Its in a great location with some great bars/restaurants round the corner. There were no problems whatsoever with our stay.
I would stay here again next time I come to Amsterdam with friends.
