The living area has two huge and loft-like rooms. The dining room consists of table and seating for four and the other room contains 2 large sleeper sofas, coffee table and audiovisual equipment. The sleeper s...ofas in the living can be converted to two comfortable beds.

Grand windows, a balcony, plants, and artworks create ambience.

You will feel like Jamie Oliver In this kitchen! Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the beautiful designed kitchen contains a large hob stove with 6 gas cookers and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffee maker.

The bedroom has also two single beds (2x90cmX200cm) that are joined into one large double bed and there are 2 single duvets bedside tables, lamps, plenty of storage space and is located in the front of the house.

The apartment contains a beautifully finished luxury marble bathroom with large full length bath, separate shower, washing basin and toilet.

The apartment is situated in the Plantage Buurt in the city centre over viewing the gardens of Natura Artis Magistra ( Artis Zoo.). This cozy neighborhood with it's big old houses, nice pubs and restaurants is known for the ZOO Artis. Besides the ZOO Artis, you will find several museum's like NEMO (science), Het Scheepvaart Museum (ships), the Hortus Botanical Garden, the Hollandsche Schouwburg and the Resistance Museum.

Just a pleasant walk on a typical Amsterdam market is one of the possibilities with the Dappermarkt, the Albert Cuyp markt and The Waterloo Square Flee Market nearby.

All major attractions such as the Anne Frank house, the Rembrandt house, the Royal Palace on the Dam square and the world famous Amsterdam canals are on walking distance but can also be reached easily by tram line 9 or 14.(stops in front of the apartment.)

Standard rate for 1-2 people € 125 per night (rate is excluding 6% VAT and 5% toerist tax and will change per season/event/holiday)
Rate for extra person 3 and 4: € 30 per person per night
€ 65 final cleaning fee is applied to the booking
€ 200 refundable security deposit is applied to the booking
40% Winter Discount (in December, January and February) Not valid during New Year's Eve from December 27 to January 3.
