L'appartement est très bien situe dans le quartier agréable de Jordan(10 min de central station et 10 min a pied du musée d anne Franck)Eduard nous a accueillit avec une très grande gentillesse,3 heures avant avant l heure du check in prévu( nous avons pu profiter d un check out tardif) Il nous a conseille des endroits de la ville a visiter... L appartement est parfaitement équipe de manière très moderne (station pour i pod ,machine a cafe a dosettes,lecteur dvd...)Super séjour rien a redire,juste a y retourner.

I traveled with 2 cousins and this was the ideal apartment.
First, Ed was the best. He is very responsive, informative (he told us about how the Van Gogh museum was temporarily moved elsewhere) and very accommodating (checked us out at 5:30 am and ordered us a cab so we can catch our early flight.
Second, the apt is in ideal location - everything is walkable, including markets, all the cute stores in Jordaan, and a ton of restaurants. The apartment is clean (I'm a clean freak), spacious and has all the modern amenities (wifi, even a converter/adapter). I will def be back!Response from Martino Muller - 05/03/2013

El apartamento esta situado a 10 minutos de la estacion central, en el barrio de jordan .Con supermercados cerca y muy buenos restaurantes. El interior moderno, limpio y espacioso, es una planta baja sin escaleras y con vistas directas a la calle. Para mi y mi familia perfecto. Sin duda cuando vuelva a amsterdam ire a este apartamento.

The host was very kind and he showed us around the apartment. He gave a brief introduction to amsterdam and there were at least 10 guidebooks on the desk that you can use. The sun-roof was the most refreshing part of the house. The furniture looks brand new and clear. Drinks provided are already included in the fee. Also free and reliable wi-fi. The Jordan area is a nice residential area and within walking distance from Central Station. But if you have luggage, take a taxi from Central Station, costs around 6 Euro, because the brick roads are not for luggages at all.

This apartment is well designed and equipped. It is beautifully furnished and on the ground level - quite a bonus in amsterdam.
It is well situated being within walking distance of Central station and Dom Square with many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby.
We loved the little extras like the large bath towels and the essentials already provided in the kitchen.
The owner is charming and speaks excellent English, which made communication simple. A wonderful stay in a beautiful city. -

My mother and I stayed in this apartment for a week in april 2012.
Here's what I liked:
- nice space. For the money, the amount of space was a real value. Bonuses were the washer and dryer (with instructions!), toiletries, great wi-fi, travel books, good selection of TV stations, complimentary bottle of wine.
-super clean
-nice manager. Eudard greeted us promptly and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and even booked a taxi to the airport for us.
-no stairs. This was desired when traveling with my mother. A ground level apt was perfect.
The location was simultaneously great and not so great. In a beautiful neighborhood in the Jordaan, it is close to many restaurants. (You must have the dutch apple pie at Winkel 43). However, it is also on the street that is used to set up the market 2 days per week in the church courtyard. So if you are the person sleeping in the front of the apartment you are going to start hearing the vehicles at a very early hour for several hours.
It is not super convenient to public transportation compared to other locations. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the tram, a bit further to Central Station. It is very convenient to a grocery store.
The bathroom, while perfectly functional, is very small and very dark. Shower only, which was fine by us.
Kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to make light meals. No real pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, etc to speak of but they did stock some drinks in the refrigerator).
Overall, I would recommend this place to others. -

This was perfect for a group of four. Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated! The owner was friendly and very helpful...
Really nice neighbourhood. 10 minute walk from Central Station and Red Light area. Close by 2 Supermarkets and plenty of bars & restaurants.
Apartment itself was lovley... So much space! Offered free WiFi, Television, HiFi, DVD player & Dvds. Fully equipt kitchen, with coffee/teabags etc. Bathroom was spotless, plenty of towels & toiletries supplied. Plenty of bedding for extra beds. And great value for money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all. -

We stayed at the me apartment in amsterdam for four nights in June 2011. It was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Although the owners were traveling abroad when we arrived, we were met by another couple who showed us around and gave us hints on what to do and where to go in amsterdam. This was great. But what was really great was the apartment itself. First of all, the space is huge! There are two rooms not counting the bathroom. Each room is gigantic. The bedroom has a bed, a couch, a comfortable chair, an armoire and a large desk. The entry room has two couches, a bench, a desk, a TV, a dining table, and multiple chairs. It is very airy and open. There is a kitchenette. The décor is tasteful. There is a washer/dryer combo. The bathroom is modern. The toilet paper smells like rosemary! We actually wanted to linger and hang out in our rooms because they were so nice. The location was also perfect. You’re in a wonderful neighborhood with good restaurants within blocks. There are a couple of grocery stores about three or four minutes away. On Saturday morning there is a large farmer’s market half a block to your right and another market two blocks to your left. We were a ten minute walk from downtown amsterdam and perhaps fifteen minutes from the Central Station. Of all the places we stayed in Europe this was by far our favorite and the best value. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again. You will love this place!
