From the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam’s most up-scale shopping and dining street, you walk into the comfort of a relaxed & cosy atmosphere when entering Apartment Ibiza-Amsterdam.

The apartment, divided over two floors, offers a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, an open space studio is suitable for 4 persons, with 4 single beds, which can be combined to form 2 double beds. Also included in the space is a family-style dining table, refrigerator, small sitting area & a cool view overlooking a famous street in Amsterdam.

The top floor of the apartment has a queen size bed, a double bed & a small pull-out cou...ch suitable for 1 person. The beds are in separate rooms with shared walk-through space. This is a charming old building from the late 1700s with quirks typical of an old Amsterdam building – uneven ceilings & floors and multiple levels. Additional features include a full-building triple water-purification system.

Tram, bus & metro lines are all within a few minutes walking. During evening hours the apartment boasts room service with a tasty variety of international food.

As a guest of Apartment Ibiza-Amsterdam, you are entitled to 25% discount from our in-house offerings. Breakfast service can also sometimes be arranged. This service can be offered since the accommodation is located above a good restaurant. Located within walking distance of Amsterdam’s most fabulous dining experiences, coffeeshops, smartshops, the Museumplein (10 min.) - with popular hotspots including VanGogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Concertgebouw; a short walk to the Rembrandtsplein, 15 minute walk (or 5 minutes by tram) to Leidseplein, a little further to visit the historic Anne Frank House, nearby markets including Albert Cuyp (retail), Noordermarkt (vintage clothes & biological food) & Waterlooplein (clothes, antiques, art, old & new).

Bicycle rentals are possible from nearby shops & The Carre theatre is a short walk across the Amstel River. Amsterdam’s famous canals are only 2 minutes away on foot! There is plenty of shopping in the neighbourhood & the city centre shopping district is easily accessible by tram, bicycle or walking.

  We had such a nice stay in amsterdam. The house we rented is really nice. Since the buildings in amsterdam are very old there are some pipe problems but Michael was very helpful. He fixed everything right after we told him. He is such a nice guy.
  We were 8 people in total and and this apartmey could host us all together.
  In summary we were very pleased. We had everything we needed.

  me and my friends had really nice time at Ibiza apartment in amsterdam. It is was well located in a nice zone with all services and amenities very close. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the confort. The landlord taked care of our necessities. He has been great! Our holiday has been fantastic.
