Entering this brand new apartment you will find a very large living room with flat screen TV, piano, lounge area and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining table seating 4 persons. The living room is provided with a comfortable double sofa bed (not on pictures).
The hallway leads to a separate toilet as well as the large en-suite bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV.

The apartment is located on a canal in the South of Amsterdam just in between the well established upper class Vondelpark region and the flourishing and lively Hoofddorpplein area. The neighbourhood provides restaurants, café's, shops and easy acces by foot to the Vondelpark.
The Vondelpark is loved by Amsterdammers as well as by tourists, and is full of people - enjoying a sunny day, dog-walking, jogging, roller-skating, listening to music, people-watching, or just lazing about in grass. Free concerts are given at the open-air theatre or in the summer at the park's bandstand. Other attractions are the statue of the poet Vondel, the cast iron music dome, the Groot Melkhuis with playground for children, and the Film museum with its popular terrace.

I loved the apartment. Beautiful. Everything went perfect and I enjoyed my time very much. Everything was just so easy and compact and luxurious at the same time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for a rental. We were very spoiled :)

This accommodation is really first class! The pictures on the website don't fully do the apartment justice as it is very spacious and furnished to a high specification. It is spotlessly clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is excellent in a lovely residential area and close to the Olympic park, airport and the Vondelpark.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. He met us on arrival late in the evening and the futon for the children was, thoughtfully, already made up into a bed. There were plenty of towels, spare bed linen for the children (just in case!) and fresh flowers around the flat. Everything had been considered and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the owner.
I would recommend this accommodation for anyone travelling to amsterdam and would book it again without hesitation should we ever revisit.

This is a wonderful rental apartment. One short block off Dam Square and close to everything. I was met at the door by Rita who was helpful and informative. Charming interior equipped with coffee and a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The elevator was a great alternative to the typical Dutch stairs. Shopping, food, and "
Coffee" were all within a few steps from the front door. Wonderful rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views of amsterdam. Trains were close by in the square making it easy to get anywhere. Rich history, beautiful surroundings, I will never forget the trip and the graciousness of the hosts. This is not a quiet place. There is a bar and coffee shop on the street level which is active till about 2 am. I did not find this to be a problem as much as a convenience. Less expensive than a hotel. With much more room and privacy and a better bathroom. Perfect! -

The place was fantastic, the owner provided smooth check-in service, location was very good, close to the centre and with all the shops we needed around the corner, Very luxury interior. We have been spoiled.
