Entering this brand new apartment you will find a very large living room with flat screen TV, lounge area and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining table seating 4 persons.
The hallway leads to a separate toilet as well as the large bedroom with double bed and flatscreen TV. The other bedroom has two single beds. It is allowed to smoke on the patio which is accessible from the bedrooms as well as the dining area. The spacious layout, canal view and tasteful interior make this apartment a sophisticated home away.

The apartment is located on a canal in the South of Amsterdam just in between the well established upper class Vondelpark region and the flourishing and lively Hoofddorpplein area. The neighbourhood provides restaurants, café's, shops and easy access by foot to the Vondelpark. The Vondelpark is loved by locals as well as by tourists, and is full of people - enjoying a sunny day, dog-walking, jogging, roller-skating, listening to music, people-watching, or just lazing about in grass. Free concerts are given at the open-air theatre or in the summer at the park's bandstand. Other attractions are the statue of the poet Vondel, the cast iron music dome, the Groot Melkhuis with playground for children, and the Film museum with its popular terrace.This accommodation is located on the perfect spot: a quiet canal near shops, famous parks' and public transport. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by tram!
