This was the one of the highlights of our recent trip to Europe!
The boat is very well presented and offers everything you need for a few days in amsterdam. its fully equipped and you can really see the personal touches that have been put in since Michiel the co-owner used to live there himself. My wife and i immediately fell in love with the place.. the sleeping area is unconventional but so warm and cosy!
The location on Prinsengracht is one of the best in all of amsterdam, with houses there going for 2 million Euro or more. This means you are right next to all the major attractions in amsterdam. Despite this it was very peaceful on the boat and we spent 5 nights there undisturbed.
Finally Michiel himself is a great person, very friendly and helpful and also available at short notice during the day since he works close by.
Try it out and you wont be disappointed! -

We had a great time in that place, very well equipped, cozy and surprisely well isolated from the noise outside. Felt totally comfortable while we were enjoying our stay in that spacious house boat. Very well designed ;-)
Above all that is that most of the places we were looking to visit were only a few steps away from our stay in that magnificent House Boat ..
Honestly can't wait to be back there in that amazing chilled en luxurious designed place soon ! very impatient :-)

Been to amsterdam numerous times but a first time with friends in a house
boat. The cutest ever, wonderful decorated. Low ceilings, so not for very
tall people.
Everything is really there like a complete apartment, didn't know what to
expect but it was all there, and we were staying in a boat!
A shame was that is was to cold to sit outside on the deck as it was
March. But from the windows in the boat you could see the ducks and some
boats passing by. The host promised the tulips would be out soon and with
some sun you could have your breakfast out on the deck.
You have to know that you lower yourself into the boat with a ladder. So
its not for the elderly or if you have trouble with this.
Sleeping right under the deck it was a great experience and I would do it
again. Did I mention it was wonderfully decorated?
