This 90m2 apartment is divided over two levels and features a spacious living room with open plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the water of the Oosterdok. For the in-house entertainment there’s a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom is on the same level and has two single beds. This convenient located apartment is close to the Central Station and right in the middle of the oldest part of Amsterdam. In the close vicinity numerous museums can be found like the Rembrandt House and the National Maritime Museum and Nemo. Also the old city zoo Artis is close by. We are sorry to hear that you felt you were a burden. We cannot trace back any other communication with you, than the email correspondence about the family pack and that we were not able to provide you with a vegetarian pack.
Short Stay Group offer self-catering apartments which means that in principle our guest provide for their own supplies. We do however could have given you more information on where to buy vegetarian products. We have instructed our staff to be more proactive in giving this sort of information.

After a long tiring flight. The moment my friends and I entered the apartment, we had a big smile on our face. The interior is amazing and it makes you feel home right away. It's been over a month and I still think about this apartment from time to time.
The best is the apartment itself. Large window, lot of sunlight, lot of room, amazing view!
The least? well, a washing-machine was missing. If we could do our laundry the would have been complete.
The least is not so bad is it?? amazing apartment would recommend this apartment for 4 - 5 people. Location is very good, also, you are in amsterdam, rent a bicycle everything is close! -

We expected a bit more for that quite expensive price of appartment..
No free service of being picked up at the entrance-door of the appartment, which we think, should have been already included in the price!
We couldn't open the windows, neither in the kitchen, nor in the other 2 bedrooms, only in the bathroom. Really missed fresh air in fact!
Besides, the location was great, in walkable distance to the city, nice restaurants around and a supermarket in the near.
The appartment was clean and all in all we felt comfortable there. -
