Bright and beautiful modern decorated 3-bedroom apartment conveniently located in a picturesque street right in the middle of the Canal Belt area adjacent to the popular Jordaan quarter.Apartment

It is a real treat to spend your stay in this lovely typical Amsterdam apartment. Entering the apartment a flight of stairs leads into the first floor with the spacious living area with open plan kitchen. The wooden flooring and wooden beams throughout the apartment together with the abundance of daylight from both sides gives this apartment its unique and authentic character.The living with street view is equipped with a large comfortable sofa..., two fauteuils, coffee table and for the in house entertainment there is a large flat screen TV with DVD player.

The open plan designer kitchen is located at the back of the apartment and is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals: fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher kettle and the cupboards are filled with pans, dishes and utensils. Opposite of the kitchen is the dining table for six persons.A small flight of stairs at the back of the apartment takes you down to the first bedroom fitted with a comfortable double bed. The other bedrooms are located at the upper level of the apartment. The open stairs in the middle of the living leads directly into the large master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The ensuite bathroom is fresh and tidy and comes with a single shower, a sink and toilet. Please note that privacy is a bit limited since the third bedroom can only be accessed through this room.The third bedroom, located at the street side, is cosy and bright. This bedroom is fitted with two comfortable single beds. The small ensuite bathroom comes shower cabin and sink.

Additional Location Information

Probably the image most associated with the city of Amsterdam is that of
elegant, gabled mansions richly decorated and beautifully laid out,
facing water canals lined with trees. The crescent-shaped rings of man
made waterways, Herengracht, Keizersgracht, and Prinsengracht, called
the Grachtengordel in Dutch, were built around the old heart of town
during the 17th century's Dutch Golden Age.



The Herenstraat Apartment is located, between the Prinsengracht and the Herengracht. Close by you will find engaging sights such as the Northern
Church, the Northern Market, Anne Frank's House and the very tall
Western Church. You are also adjacent to the picturesque Jordaan
Quarter. This historic artisan's quarter is today a popular highly
sought after neighbourhood with art galleries, cafés, restaurants and
boutiques.



It is easy to find many means of public transport, specially trams,
buses, taxis, but then again, you are in the perfect position to access
the endless display of hot spots around town. Art museums, theatre and
architecture are all part of the Amsterdam scene and simply walking
through the colourful neighbourhoods offers an exceptional cultural
experience.
