This brand new contemporary 1-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor, comes with wooden flooring and enjoys a relaxed atmosphere.
The living comes with a fauteuil, comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. By folding out the sofa bed the apartment can sleep a maximum of four persons.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, four pit stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your own meals.

De Pijp is located at the south of the center, it borders the rest of South Amsterdam and the Centre and East districts. The pipe has a very diverse population in addition to the original indigenous population also many immigrants, including many students and yuppies.
The Sarphatipark, one of Amsterdams green parks, is located just across the road. Here you can take a stroll or just relax and kick back during warm spring/summer days. The Albert Cuyp market is just five minutes by foot. The Netherlands most famous market offers a worldwide assortment of food en non-food from Monday to Saturday (except holidays).
The Marie Heinekenplein is located at the spot where formerly a large part of the former Heineken Brewery was located. Nowadays the former brewery hosts the Heineken Experience.
The surroundings of the Heinekenplein Marie, the French Halsstraat and Gerard Douplein houses many cafes. It is primarily a recreation area for students and is often compared to Paris' Latin Quarter. There are also a great deal of restaurants, in all kinds.
