Villa Anacapri is situated on an unbelievably beautiful, private, and peaceful piece of property located in Anacapri – the perfect place to restore your emotions. The villa is immersed in a lush, colorful Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by gardens and terraces planted with colorful flowers and olive trees.

Villa Anacapri is one storey villa, completely renovated and refurbished last 2010. The Villa is very modern and equipped with all comforts. It has a very easy access from the road, getting in to the villa through an electronic gate and has one car park lot.

Interior

From the main door you soon enter the living room, fully furnished with white sofas, Sat Plasma TV, a table with 8 seats. The living is characterized by all big windows that give you the impression of continuity with the outdoor surrounding garden.

4 steps down there is the fully furnished Kitchen, with 6 stoves, oven, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, a wine cellar, a Nespresso Coffee Maker, a walk out to the outdoor Patio. The kitchen is made of ceramic tiles, typically Capri style. Through a sliding door you get a small laundry area, equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The staff bedroom is located 5 steps down from the kitchen entrance, with a single bed, Plasma TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower. A guest toilet is found on the same level. The first Guest double bedroom is found 14 steps down, with walking closet, safe, Plasma TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and walk out to a small patio that is connected to the outdoor garden through a flight of 12 steps up.

On the ground floor is located the Master bedroom, with walking closet, 2 safes, Plasma TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bathtub, interconnecting through a door to the twin bedroom, with wardrobe, Plasma TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same level there is a Family Suite, with living area furnished with sofa bed, a small kitchenette and the 4th Double Bedroom, with fitted wardrobe, Plasma TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The fifth guest bedroom is found on the roof top with independent entrance from the roof top solarium through 6 steps up, the single bedroom has a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outdoor

The entire villa is surrounded by a generous well maintained garden, equipped with games for children, Al Fresco dining area with a glass rectangular – shaped table and 10 wrought iron chairs, ideal place for outdoor meals. The Patio is also furnished with a relax area, with sofas and couches and a portable BBQ.

The solarium is located on the top roof, through a flight of 13 steps, teak floor, a lounge area with white sofa, and 3 steps up there is the outdoor Jacuzzi, suitable for 4 people, sun beds and umbrellas, the entire area boasts an overview of the area.

  Villa is one of the best villas I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. You are immediately greeted to luscious green gardens filled with tropical plant life and flowers. My wife and I had some friends join us on our vacation here, and we all have agreed that this was really the perfect place to stay. Every room you walk into is finely furnished, and they all seemingly have a connected theme which feels like a modern castle meeting a beach home. The rooms flow from one to the next very seamlessly, which made me almost feel like I was floating half of the time. All in all, our friends thoroughly enjoyed their time at this villa, as did my wife and I. It was a perfect vacation!
