This location is very unique within the city of Anaheim. Located on Katella Ave about 2 miles west of Disneyland. It is close to Disneyland and yet offers a serene, safe environment. Located inside a gated community, you do not have to deal with street traffic or worry about crowds or parking. Best of all, the community is low density with only ranch style homes that are all single-level. You can enjoy a leisurely walk, beautiful, well-maintained tropical themed landscaping, heated pool, and tennis court. We like the layout of this unit and especially the spacious screened in porch where you can enjoy a cold drink while watching the kids play in the enclosed private backyard.
Disneyland is 2 miles away and you can enjoy many restaurants around this unit and in downtown Disney. Grocery shops are also located within a half mile.

This townhouse is a perfect family getaway destination. It is so close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, as well as lots of shopping and restaurants. We were able to drive to the Disney parking garage in less than 10 minutes every day. We were able to get back to the home, take naps, eat a good meal and get back to the park so we could full enjoy our days there. One of the best things about this house is that it was always quiet and peaceful. The community is quiet and beautifully manicured.
The owner is very easy to communicate with and provides simple easy directions on checking in and checking out.
The house is well equipped with everything you'll need. There is even a "kids" room well stocked with toys that will keep your kids entertained between activities. Kids movies and books are out for your use. Our kids continually told us it was the best "hotel" we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need to cook full meals. There is plenty of seating and everything you need to cook everything from pancakes to steaks. Full internet is available and easy to use!
The owner provides so many outstanding amenities. There are local tour books, restaurant reviews available for your use. The beds are all very comfortable and the bedrooms are all very large. The family area is comfortable and everyone can have a great time. There is an outdoor courtyard with a BBQ, and part of it is screened off so you can enjoy a meal outside if you choose. Covered parking with an entrance to the home is convenient and makes loading and unloading the car very easy.
In summary, we loved it. If you are a family looking for a great value, and a very comfortable home to stay in that is 5to10 minutes to Disneyland, this is the place. We will recommend it to all of our friends and family. -

All the comforts of home. The owner was so welcoming, organised , 'food essentials' after our long trip from Sydney. The kids loved the townhouse. It was very safe and secure, great location to Disneyland, Orange Outlets( great shopping) restaurants that were family friendly. Enough space for 6 adults and two children aged 10yrs and 13 years. We will be advsing all travelling friends to stay here!

This is a great place to stay in anaheim. The owner guides you through the process. The place is as nice as the pictures show it to be. Beautiful kitchen and baths. Nice and clean linens. The grounds are nicely landscaped. The complex is quiet.
This is much more affordable than two hotel rooms. Kitchen helps you to eat healthy and for less expense. Only 10 minutes from Disney and convention center.
I was worried about renting over the internet-- but everything turned out great! -

this condo was a dream-- clean-modern-very roomy with all the comforts of home--from the time I contacted owner to the last day everything went smoothly---3 bedrooms one with a full and bunk beds plus 2 others with queen beds-- lots of privacy-area is close to Disney -all the stores you require--truly felt like our home away from home--Although we only spent one day at Disney , all our adventures were in Long Beach, La area, Malibu,Pasadena no problems with traffic (except Easter Sunday) . We did a lot of sight seeing came home tired but happy-- it was always a nice feeling getting back to our Home away from Home---
I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean,roomy,lots of amenities place to hang your hat and feel as though you truly are home-- -

This is the 1st time I rented someone's home for a vacation and I was extremely cautious looking at reviews and multiple sites. I wanted to find a property that convenient, roomy and stylish and the Pendragon Townhouse met that and more! First I have to say Melinda the owner is absolutely fantastic. We had some trouble receiving the key in the mail and Melinda helped make sure I received an alternate. She was in constant communication before, during and after our stay which was awesome.
When we arrived we were welcomed by a beautiful basket of goodies and a Mickey Mouse that my sons just loved! They also loved the fact their room had bunk beds which they never had before and a toy table. After a long travel day it was nice to let them have a little play time!
The home is beautifully decorated the kitchen is more than fully stocked with every necessity and the beds are fantastic. The community where the townhouse is located is gated, quiet and well maintained. It was only about 10 minutes by car to Disneyland and the bus was located just minutes away.
I would highly recommend Melinda's home for your family if you are planning a stay in anaheim! -

This townhouse provided us the ideal place to stay for our kids' first trip to Disneyland. From the generous basket of goodies for the kids to the well-appointed bathrooms to the super comfortable beds, we couldn't ask for more. We were so impressed -- and so happy to come back to such a clean, comfortable, lovely place after a long day at Disneyland. It truly is just a 10-minute drive away, which you really appreciate when you leave the park at 11pm.
The parking spot is a little tricky to find in the dark - the numbers are small - but once you do, it's super convenient to be able to unload your car through the carport. The patio would be especially nice during the summer.
The living room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very clean and is stocked with all the cooking utensils you could need, plus the pantry included those small sundries you don't think to bring with you, like new garbage bags for the trash and straws for the kids. There were plenty of large towels and blankets and pillows - we wanted for nothing!
The entire complex was nice and safe. We were completely comfortable. Anaheim is not exactly a quaint tourist town, but you're only there for Disneyland, so you probably don't expect to find much else. I don't recommend the albertson's grocery store near the Townhouse - it was a little iffy at night. Otherwise, our stay was ideal.
I can't recommend this townhouse highly enough. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The parents appreciated the space of a townhouse to get a break from the kids. Being able to have meals at "home" meant we could eat more affordably and healthily than we could staying at a hotel. That said, the local taco joint (Cotijos?) made and excellent burrito! We'll only ever stay here when we go to Disneyland. -

This townhouse was perfect. It was in a quiet, safe, gated community. The location was close to Disney, the beach, and many other fun things to do. We had five adults and four little ones and everyone slept comfortably (although some argument over who got the top bunk). The furnishings were very nice and the home was spotless. The owners gave great service before and after our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone vacationing in the area!

We stayed here with two children and our elderly parents, it's a great place for all age groups.The town home is very well kept,and is just a few minutes from Disney land. We just loved it and would surely be back. The Owner of the property Ms. Melinda is very helpful . Since we started planning our visit , she constantly kept in touch and answered all our queries very patiently.We had initially planned to stay for 3 nights but at the last moment we decided to reach there a day early, we checked for the availability on the calendar and when we saw that it was available we talked to her about increasing our stay and she was happy to help us out . When we left the place our daughter forgot her pillow pet at the vacation home and it was so sweet of Melinda to write to us asking if we wanted it mailed to us. Thank you so much for all your help Melinda, we really appreciate it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new. It was so close to Disneyland that it was easy to take a break in the heat of the day and come home for a swim and a meal. The owners were very professional and the instructions they provided made check in and check out a breeze. our deposit was returned promptly. We will definately be staying here again.
