The condo is located in a perfect spot, a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, a 5 minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center, a huge variety of restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive. Shopping is also just around the corner at Downtown Disney, the Anaheim Garden Walk or the Block of Orange, all less than a 10 minute drive away. Or if you are into sports: We are also right around the corner (5 minutes) from Angels Stadium and the Honda Center (10 minutes). Or how about some beach time in Laguna, Huntington or Newport - all within less than a 30 minute drive... And L.A. with all it's attractions can be reached in less and an hour and San Diego is only about an hour and half away, so definitely a great destination for day trips.

This was our kids' first "real" vacation (i.e., not a road trip to Grandma or Grandpa's), and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of lodging. Britta has done an excellent job of creating a welcoming environment, and her decorating choices still make you feel like you're walking into a quality resort rather than just borrowing someone else's house. From the arrival gifts for our entire party, to the supplies in the pantry, to the accommodations for young children (ours are a little older) and so much more, it's obvious that Britta has given consideration to the finest details in order to make her guests' stays enjoyable. For example, my personal favorite part of our trip was a visit not to any of the parks, but to Newport Beach and Balboa Island, thanks to her recommendation that's included in a binder full of useful info.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any of my friends that they consider one of Britta's properties if they're planning a vacation in Southern California. -

This was a seemless transaction with only positive unexpected surprises. We travelled with 4 adults and 5 children including 1 infant and Britta had the house kitted with all we could need. The location was awesome, suiting Disneyland,outlet shopping, and quick accesst to beaches etc. The pool area was great and personal, unlike hotels. Britta had a folder of local info that we used like a bible and never failed. Thanks Britta for helping us on our holiday of a lifetime.

This place was perfect for our get-together with daughter, husband and almost 2-year old grandson. The place was cozy, furnished with great accents, had books, magazines, movies, free wi-fi, toys for different age-groups, well-equiped kitchen. Our grandson called it "home". The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing our own breakfasts and dinners easy and fun. Our daughter and her husband recommended this place already to friends of theirs and we totally agree with her description "this place is cute". Britta went above and beyond to get us into the place earlier, we had a baby who was tired from the red-eye flight from Hawaii.

We had such a wonderful experience during our trip to anaheim! Even our hard to please teenagers had a blast! The condo couldn't have been better! Britta had everything you could ever need! There is a Food 4 Less grocery store within walking distance, and quite a bit of food in the condo as well. The patio was amazing and we ate outside quite a bit! There was plenty of space for all 8 people in our party! The "treat bags" for the kids were a huge hit! I had read other parties reviews before we left and they are right on target! We are looking forward to traveling again soon and will most defintely rent a condo from the Wagner's.

Saying that this condo rental is amazing is an understatement ! It's is very easy to find from the airport and easy to get to other attractions as well! It is spacious and very accommodating for families and small groups. We loved the bottle of wine and the kids enjoyed their welcome gifts! Britta was extremely efficient and approachable with any questions as it was our first time traveling with children internationally. Thank you so very much for your hospitality!!!

The owners are warm and inviting. They take care of all the small details that mean to most to your stay. It was such a warm experience. And the condo is in a great spot. The free Disney parking is a huge bonus. Such a lovely place. Thank you so much for sharing your condo! My 8 year old daughter's first reaction is "this place is off the hook!"

First time vacation rental, we were absolutely overwhelmed at this beautiful condo. It had everything you could ever want here. The decor was lovely, location great and lots of room for the grandkids to play and not be under foot. So close to Disneyland, that we walked home on night.

We loved this place from the moment we walked in the door. Clean, comfortable, and convenient is how we would describe this wonderful condo. Our hosts were amazing! They made gift bags for our children full of great things for a fun time at Disneyland. The free parking was fabulous, and we were so close to the park (a 2 minute drive).
We enjoyed the hot tub and were really able to have fun at the beach because beach towels and sand toys were provided.
This home is very kid-friendly. Stuffed animals, paper and markers,and movies made it very easy for the kids to stay entertained and the adults relaxed.
We really feel that there was not one ammenity that we did not have. One of our favorite perks was arriving (we arrived at 7:00 p.m.)and having everything we needed to make a spaghetti dinner waiting for us in the kitchen! We felt very taken care of. Our hosts really have put a lot of effort in to making sure their guests have all of their needs met.

This is our second time staying at one of Britta's rentals (she has two you know) and it was aswesome!!! I cant say enough good about her as a host. The condo was gorgeous, everything that you need at your finger tips. We have four kids one being a baby there was everything I needed two pack in plays, strollers all I had to do was pack clothes so nice!!! The kids loved it and there was tons of room for everyone. Britta makes everything so convienent for you. It really is the only way to stay away from home we will never stay in a hotel again, just wish she had more rentals in other parts of the united states!!! My standards are set so high now I dont want to stay with anyone else!! We would come back here in a heart beat and probably will. Loved loved loved our stay!!! Also the gifts for the kids are such a nice touch. Thanks Britta for making our vactions perfect!!

We booked this condo with my sister's family for our Disney Vacation and loved it!! Britta went above and beyond everthing that we imagined for our stay. As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home and relaxed! Everthing was so clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the little surprises that awaited us. Sparkling cider with truffles in the bedrooms and gift bags for the kids. We loved the fully stocked kitchen with a basket of goodies with everything from meals to snacks for our stay. The kids loved all the Disney touches especially the evil queen in the bathroom, dress-up dresses and oversized Mickey Mouse. They played for hours with toys, books, games, coloring and felt right at home. We loved the beach toys, towels, everything we needed for a day at the beach or a day in Disney! The parking passes were such a nice touch and for us we didn't mind the quick drive to the parking and quick bus ride (it beat walking especially after those looong Disney days). In a nutshell it was a Fabulous Vacation and we loved staying at this condo. Between our two familes we had 9 people staying and felt very comfortable with room to spare...I guess I do have young children so that helped :) Can't wait to plan our next vacation and stay here again. Wonderful!! Can't say enough good things about it! Thank you Britta!!!

What an absolutely great place to stay if you're planning a trip to Disneyland! Comfortable, spacious, easy to get to/from, stocked with everything we needed, and things we didn't even know we'd need, including the parking passes for the park. Even though driving/parking ended up taking probably as long as walking straight from the condo, it was very helpful to have the parking available as a choice at the end of a long day. Especially when traveling with kids. When we eventually make it back to Disneyland, this property and any others Britta and her family own will be our choices for accommodations. We'll just have to make sure to book well in advance!

In a nutshell, the house was spotless and had tasteful, fun, modern decor. It slept our 9 easily. It was conveniently located within blocks of Disneyland parking and just 1/2 hr from a beach. The Wagners thought of every necessary amenity and a few perks as well.
I give it 5 stars, easily!! Now, if you have time, keep reading.
This was our first stay at a vacation rental of any kind. From the beginning, in email communications, it has been so nice to work with Britta (the homeowner). The pictures of the inside are exactly as we found the home, along with so many other pleasant touches. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed, including a crock pot! We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket stocked with stapes and treats, along with a pantry with items as well. It was fun to walk through the beautiful clean home and see how the Wagners went the extra mile for our stay (a closet stocked with princess dresses, children's Dvs's, books, markers, toys, gift bags for kids, cider for adults).
The home was two blocks from the Disneyland parking lot and we found it very convenient to park there and take the shuttle to the front gates. Britta had also provided parking passes for us to save on that expense as well. We could have walked 1 block and caught the arts bus, but after spending all day at Disney, with kids, it just didn't sound fun to walk that block home.
A Super Target was a few blocks away, and we were able to get all of our groceries there, along with any items we forgot to pack (socks).
We were half an hour from Huntington Beach and Newport Beach and
the Wagners had even provided beach towels and toys for that!
We loved our vacation and have nothing negative to say about any aspect of it. The Wagners played a huge role in that by providing a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located home with so many extra touches and amenities. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend this home to anyone!! -

This condo was very clean and well stocked. We loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for the family and the many little touches by owner made it a very memorable stay. From the free Disney parking passes to the gift bags for our girls, this place was fabulous. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
