After the incredible success we have had with our other 2 vacation rentals in Anaheim (check out VRBO 234550 & 361877) - we have hosted over 1,000 happy Disney lovers at this point and have never received anything but 5 star reviews! I think it's safe to say that we have all the ingredients down for creating an amazing rental experience and this latest addition to our list of Anaheim rental properties is no exception.

We have just completed a MAJOR renovation. All new kitchen with quartz countertops in an apple martini green (fun!), stainless steal appliances, tastefully Disney themed bathrooms, new flooring, recessed lighting, plumbing, AC & furnace and only the finest and most stylish furnishings...

The place turned out beautifully and is stocked with literally everything you can imagine and more.

For mom: HE washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen that includes items that go above and beyond your usual vacation rental, such as a Ninja blender, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Crocpot, 4 slice toaster, mixer, baking pans, waffle iron, griddle, 12 cup coffee maker, rice cooker + basic food items - a chef's delight! If you are planning a trip to the beach, we have beach towels, a cooler, umbrella, beach toys and beach chairs for you, including directions on how to get there...

For dad: 3 brand new flat screen HD TVs with cable, DVD players & DVD library, a laptop with internet access + free WIFI, phone with free long distance, gas fireplace in the living room, Ipod docking station and a master bedroom with a high end Simmons Beautyrest World Class mattress to keep that back in check. Not to mention that we have a single AND double umbrella stroller - no more hours of piggy-back rides!

For the little ones: Every time we have kids first enter 'their room', they squeal with excitement! There is Mickey waiting for them on the bed with a little goodie bag for each kid. And then the fights start oever who gets to sleep on the top bunk! The kids room is stocked with everything to keep them busy - a TV/DVD player, paper, markers, board games, stuffed animals, blocks, toys for boys and girls + a wide variety of books. And even some dresses for those little princesses that like to play dress-up!

In addition to an awesome kids room, we provide all kinds of items that will make 'family life at the condo' comfortable and convenient: Safety gates for the stairs, high chair + booster, plastic dishes & cups (Disney themed, of course!), 2 umbrella strollers (one single Jeep stroller & a double Maclaren), beach and pool toys, a pack & play complete with bedding.

Grandma & Grandpa: Get to relax on our enclosed patio, or heat up the BBQ at night. The condo is stocked with all kinds of travel guides, magazines and books for a nice, relaxed afternoon at the condo while the others “go play�…

As for the sleeping arrangements: The condo has 2 bedrooms, both of them are located upstairs. The master has a stunning headboard that we had custom made by a local artist. It is equipped with a queen size bed with a Simmons Beautyrest World Class mattress + a convertible futon couch that can sleep one person. The kids room has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size mattress on the bottom + a twin mattress on the floor, so it can sleep a max of 4. Downstairs we have a full size pull-out couch + a queen size, high end Aerobed blow-up mattress that can be set up in the entry area. While we could technically sleep more, we will accept bookings only for a maximum of 8 people.

Additional Location Information

The Townhome is located in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this... It's just a short 5-10 minute walk to hop on the free shuttle to Disneyland or California Adventure. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. The Anaheim convention center is within a 20 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. An abundance of restaurants and stores is within walking distance

And there is so much more to see and do! 3 incredible beaches are within a 20-30 minute drive, Los Angeles with all its attractions is about 45 minutes away, San Diego about 1 ½ hours and 3 fabulous Outlets are within a 30-60 minute drive.

The $300 security deposit is fully refundable and due within 7 days of confirming your dates. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please email us to receive a copy of our rental agreement.

We accept personal checks, money orders, credit card and Paypal payments, however, credit card & Paypal payments incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

  This rental is beautiful. All the decor is out of a magazine. The location is amazing, less than a 5 minute walk to the tram straight into downtown disney and the entrances to the parks. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed all the amenities of the condo. Britta leaves little surprises throughout and a lovely goody bag for little ones. Really loved the washer and dryer because we didn't need to pack as much. We were able to watch the fireworks every night from the master bedroom. All the Tv's, computer and Wifi were great amenities as well. There are 3 pools, a jacuzzi/hot tub, and a playground in the community area.
  Britta is wonderful to work with and we had an incredible time.

  Our family really enjoyed our holiday to Disney! The condo was close to the park, clean, safe and homey. We enjoyed the washer and dryer being part of the condo. It was wonderful to have Tv's in all of the bedrooms so that at the end of the day everyone could relax and have quiet time.
  The condo had nice extras provided such as shampoos, hair dryer, q-tips...added touches that make the stay enjoyable.
  I would definitely stay at this condo again with my family and enjoy Disney all over again!

  Perfect Get away with kiddos!

  We loved staying in this condo, and honestly look forward to going back. We were comfortable, kids had their own room with toys (& a gift bag upon arrival). Loved being able to get to Disneyland in 5 minutes, have lunch there, & then make our own relaxing/healthy meals.
  
  The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and little details thought of. Please don't tell everyone about this gem!!! :)

  We are a family of 6 who have just returned from a 20 night stay in Britta's latest masterpiece. It is fully remodelled and her attention to detail shows in every room. The condo is located close to the S. Walnut side of the complex and surrounded by quiet neighbours who are polite and very Christmas friendly! Every second home was decorated in fairy lights, so our walk home each evening was like walking through Disneyland again. The kitchen was easy to keep clean and I cooked most of our own meals as every appliance you would need is neatly tucked away and ready for use. The free wi fi was very useful and our iphones picked up the signal so everyone had access to the internet whenever they wanted, including my own laptop. The laundry appliances were appreciated and we were able to wash our clothes regularly, so we didn't have to pack a load of dirty luggage for the journey back home to australia. I would have liked a small portable clothes line though, as our kids wear a lot of latex printed clothes that can't go in a dryer and we ended up draping them all over the lounge area each night.
  Our master bedroom was just beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A bottle of complimentary wine awaited us upon arrival and we had the best view of Disneyland's fireworks each night. I managed to video it easily through the window so we now have a lovely memory to re-live. The kids' room was pure fun and each child was presented with a little gift bag. Such a personal touch and one that got big points from our 4 children! Not to mention the loads of Dvd's, games, books etc. Not a dull moment in this home which ensured Mum & Dad had plenty of down time for themselves.
  We used the spa and pool often, the weather was glorious some days, so after a long day in the Parks, we would grab a beer and sit in the spa watching the sun go down. We had the whole pool area to ourselves, as the locals probably don't see it as a novelty anymore. The kids loved the playground and spent a good hour jumping over the fixed equipment on the first day.
  The complex is older, but very well maintained. In 3 weeks, we saw gardeners every single day and they do a great job keeping things beautiful. It is such an easy walk to the trams, and you are at the gates of Disneyland 15 minutes after leaving your front door.
  The home is exactly as you see in the photos. There are small personal touches everywhere and it's clear that Britta takes pride in presenting her homes to the highest standard. She was the perfect host and I recommend her property to anyone looking for a comfortable and functional home to make their Disneyland experience a little more special.

  pleasant family home for getaway

  My wife and I stayed in the property with 2 children under 3 and a 15 yr old. the home is wonderful with every detail for a young family and others catered too. the decor is a vibrant boutque style and makes you feel like disney is around the corner(which it is). My 2.5 yr old was very excited with her room and the toys. the home is with a short walk of downtown disney or the trolley to disney. i would recommend this home to anyone but especially young families. a couple of minor downsides were the parking space (small for minivan. we couldn't unload baggage or passengers when space on either side was occupied. Also there are no outside pictures of the complex (besides communal areas)and it wasn't what i expected given the beautiful interior of the home. Again this isn't a complaint, just something to be aware of as we were surprised.

  Awesome vacation house

  We stayed in this comfortable vacation home during our vacation at Disneyland this week. I just got back home and cannot wait to write a review to recommend this newly remodeled beautiful home. It is located right outside Disneyland. It takes about 10 mins to get to Disneyland gate with 5 mins walking to the tram and 2-3 mins tram ride. The home is very cozy and comfortable. The room is good for 6-8 people. Six of us comfortably stayed in the house without even using the sofa bed. Britta has done an excellent job to anticipate and meet guests' needs, from detail instructions, cookware, washer/dryer, detergent, to strollers and so on. Overall, I Strongly recommend this house to anyone.

  We had an unbelievable experience during our stay at this condo! We felt like every detail you can think of was taken care of for us. The decor was beautiful! Britta had gift baskets waiting for the adults and the children- We have stayed in 7 different rental by owner properties and never had this happen before. The towels, linen's, appliances, beds, t.v.'s were all first rate. She goes above and beyond and beyond...We feel incredibly lucky for the memories of our one week stay- you are right across from Disney- so it is very easy to come back to the condo, get rested and feed and than hit the park running once again!
  Britta made every effort to make sure all of our needs were taken care of-Thank you sooo much...

  Perfect for a family visiting Disney

  We stayed here in May 2011 before the property was remodelled but I had to review it. Beautiful property with everything thought of. Gifts for the children and wine and snacks for the adults. Washer and dryer a godsend with detergent provided. The beds were very comfortable and gorgeous linens. Pool was nice and hot tub on property lovely.
  
  The walk to the gate at Disney took us maybe 10-15mins at most with a 3 and 4 year old, 5-10mins tothe tram. Perfect location for a Disney family holiday.
  
  Booking was easy, Britta is a dream to work with. Door lock code provided so there was no need to pick up keys.
  
  I would recommend this place to anyone.
