Beside the 18-holes golf course, the residence is closed to a nature center with hiking trails and an equestrian center. A private tennis club is also close by. Very comfortable house with all what it is necessary to create an good atmosphere. Ideal for the children. The swimming pool is accessible easily. Ideally located to visit the south of California. Venice, Los angeles, San Diego, Disneyland, Palm Springs etc.
Great welcome of the owner (French) who is very available where necessary. I recommend this location not expensive to all people wanting to go to California.

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse with our family, 4 adults and 3 children. The sleeping arrangements were good for all, and there were plenty of linens and pillows. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see but also a peaceful retreat every evening. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and there was plenty of parking for both our cars. Patrick was very gracious and provided us with everything we needed especially his information manual that gave us locations and directions to shopping centers, theaters, restaurants, and tourist sites. We have just got home after two weeks in la. We really enjoyed staying in the anaheim Hills - it was very well located for everything we wanted to do. As long as you have a rental car this is a great place to stay - just 20 minutes to Disneyland and easy access to Freeways to everything else.
It is always nice to have the space (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) in a rental house to fully enjoy a holiday and this townhouse certainly provides that.

I want to thank Patrick for the best place to stay for our Disneyland vacation. The house was more a home then a place to stay. We (4 adults and 1 child) were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. We had everything we needed and loved it almost as much as Disneyland.
Thank you for the great directions they saved us everyday we made the trip to Disneyland.

We spent some time trying to find a viable rental for a family with three kids. Not only did Patrick's house have sufficient space for us all but it was cheaper than staying at a hotel.
It is wonderfully located, close enough to anaheim and the parks (25 mins) or shops & restaurants but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing.
Patrick was kind enough to offer his advice on various questions with attractions and also got us some groceries in to save us time on arrival shopping.
The house was clean, had everything we needed and our kids loved staying there for 2 weeks.
The use of the large communal pool was an added treat. There was only one occasion when we even had two share it!!
Although we weren't interested it is also right next to a nice golf course and so would be ideal for anyone who plays golf.
We would happily return to stay there (if we ever get the chance) and would certainly highly recommend it to others.

We would like to thank Patrick for a fantastic stay at his lovely townhouse in anaheim.Everything we needed was provided- even down to a pump for a basketball our son was very keen to try out in the communal basketball ring provided.No sooner had we mentioned it, than Patrick was delivering a new pump to our door.The accomodation was stylish,spacious and very clean and well-maintained.The children loved the extremely large and quiet pool and we loved the tranquil ,safe area the house was set in.The nearby shops and ameneties were also much appreciated as was the shopping that patrick had put in the fridge for our arrival.In all a perfect stay.We would definitely recommend it to others.Many thanks.

The service we received on our stay was brilliant couldn't ask for anything better. Patrick was there to greet us on our arrival to show us around. It was like home from home. All the amenities you could want and more. We felt very comfortable there and it was a great place to return to after a day out sight seeing. The location is great as you have the major attractions, beaches, universal, disney, palm springs etc all a reasonably short drive away. We had a 8 month baby with us and found it much better to be in the house rather than a hotel. Patrick had provided high chair and crib/playpen so it was ideal. To be honest cannot fault it at all would swap our home for it in a flash. Will look forward to a return visit in the future. Thank you again Patrick & Irene. Really glad we found you.

Patrick made us feel at home the second we walked in the door. I have stayed in many holiday homes and Patrick,s home is the best equiped i have ever stayed in. A very good position in a quite area but still close to shops and adventure parks. My Family did not want to leave. The kids had Wifi and Cable and my wife and i had a lovely bedroom with a ensuite upstairs.

Seamless experience. Booking the place, coordinating payment, instructions for check-in, etc. were all taken care off. The welcome was wonderful, the little touches like candles, candy, movies, books, etc. in the house made it special. The house itself is tastefully done and very comfortable. It is very centrally located. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with a family and want the luxury of a house rather than living out of a suitcase in a hotel.

The whole experience for the two weeks that we stayed was thoroughly enjoyable and also very well catered for.
We were met at the house by Patricks assistant, Janice who was extremely thorough in going through the house and explaining everything to us. The house was immaculate and very well furnished / equipped with everything that we could possibly need included.
The location is excellent for seeing the entire la basin area, as well as being only an hour and a half from Palm Springs ( a must see if you are in the area, especially the San Jacinto cable car ! ).
Janice was back to help us check out and make sure nothing was left behind.
We will be sure to book again should we come back to this area in the future and recommend to anyone wishing to make a home from home in this area to check out this rental. -

The townhouse was right next to anaheim Hills Golf Course. We wanted a place to that was close for our son's wedding and could have room to accomodate us and our son's friends who have a special needs child. The townhouse allosed us to "spread out and feel like home" in between all of the wedding excitement. It was very clean and well stocked for us. I would higly recommend it!

We have just had 2 weeks in this house. It was a lovely home with everything us and our 4 children could want. They loved the pool & the Wifi was a big plus for them. The house was spacious so we were not on top of each other and it was in a good position for all the sight seeing we had planned. Facilities/supplies provided were excellent as was the check in/check out. we would all thoroughly recommed a stay here

We recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse. We were visiting anaheim because our daughter was competing in Nationals for Ice hockey. Everything about the place was outstanding. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Patrick, the homeowner, was there to greet us upon our arrival and we instantly felt right at home. The ammenities were superb. From bottles of water, pop and laundry soap. We were given phone numbers to reach the homeowner in case we needed anything. The pool is right out your back door. The house was very clean and comfortable. The king bed is to die for. The house is 15 minutes from Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Conveniently located to anything you need. For those considering staying in a hotel, drop that idea and give Patrick or a call or an email. You will not be disappointed. We had a family of five and there was plenty of room. Don't stay at a cramped hotel room. You will not be disappointed by renting this townhouse. To Patrick: Thank you for everything. Your hospitality was amazing as is your beautiful and comfortable townhouse. If ever in California again, we will definately look you up. This will be a vacation we will never forget, thanks to you. The house is large, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. It is located in a residential area with gardens, but close to supermarkets and with easy access to freeway. Good location for excursions in the area of L.A.

We stayed at Patrick and Irene's rental home on May 2009 and loved it so much we came again a year later. Being a family with 2 boys aged 10 and 5 finding somewhere we can all relax and feel comfortable on holiday is really important, as is the location and quality of the house we rent. Patrick has everything you could possibly wish for covered and if he hasn't he will go to extraordinary lengths to make it happen. I would recommend a stay here without hesitation and we'll be visiting again for a third time without doubt !

The townhouse is in a great location and has all the amenities of home. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped to host a family of any composition. Anything you might need(Starbucks) is only a couple minutes away, as is the 91 Highway. Only about 45 minutes to Newport or Huntington beaches. Patrick was very helpful and accomodating, answering all of our questions promptly and completely. Our deposit was returned exactly as Patrick had described. This experience exceeded our expectations; it was more cost effective and comfortable than a hotel. The only downside was the swimming pool. Because of energy conservation efforts the pool is not heated during the winter months, but we were too busy to really use the pool.

Great location, 15 to 20 Mins to any where (Disneyland, Newport Beach) We were traveling with a 2 year old, and Patrick made sure we had everything we needed, he even went out of his way to go buy us a brand new high Chair. We?ve stayed in the house early August 09 and highly enjoyed it!
The house is based in the Anaheim Hills which is a quiet, prestige?s neighborhood.
The house was clean, well kept, fully equipped and gave as the feeling of home a way from home.
Patrick is offering very warm hospitality and is always willing to help and to give useful advices.
I highly recommend the place that is a short distant from Disneyland and other attractions in L.A.

The granchildren (a boy 7 and a girl 9) had such a great time at our temporary home in Anaheim Hills that my wife and I couldn't help but call this one of our best vacations ever. They each had their own rooms to retreat to when they had enough of each other and the condo had absolutely ebverything to make it a home for the week. The neighbourhood was safe and we spent a lot of time at the pool and just walking around. It was easy to get to all the attractions and back home with our GPS system and shopping was also vey close by. The Bellots were loving and caring people who went above and beyond to see to our enjoyment. You won't be disappointed.

We remained 3 weeks in this pretty and luxurious Townhouse of Anaheim hills.
Having one such residence like this to visit LOS ANGELES is really great. This is great because when you come back from : a Angel?s Bass Ball play, Down town, Hollywood boulevard? you still find this fabulous and calm place of Anaheim Hills.
The situation of the house is adapted because, first of all the House is close to Disneyland but we particularly appreciated to have only 20 minutes to go to Newport Beach and Long Beach. We are, also, on the road of LAS VEGAS and the canyons. To the South we are on the road of San Diego, which has allowed us to visit Sea World on one day.
The House is in a case of greenery. Golf nearby, did so much for that but it is not the only reason, the residence is very green and restful. We found that we needed nearby, even tennis to some family parties. Our 14-year-old girls enjoyed shopping and the beautiful swimming-pool often ?for us?.
The House is ideal for a family like us with 4 children: 3 rooms including a very spacious parental suite. We ate outside, all our lunch because it?s not too hot. Inside is superb and we have loved the decoration. Finally, owners are people really charming and, really, they are always ready to give you some help. We will return to Anaheim Hills.
