This affordable Vacation home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with private pool and spa located only 2 blocks from Disneyland and California Adventure, Located on a Cul-de-Sac In Ahaneim,CA Where everything is literally down the street. You can’t get any closer! You can see Disney’s fireworks from your windows.

Our Vacation rentals by Disneyland. Consists of 3 bedrooms + Extra room/ Game room, 2 bathrooms , living room with Fireplace, dining room, and kitchen with Stainless steal

appliances, Refrigerator,Dishwasher,Freestanding stove/Oven with full

granite kitchen countertop & breakfast bar (all cookware and utensils

are Provided), laundry room /Game Room.

Beds accommodations are:

Master Bedroom (1 )CAl King Size Bed, 2 Bedroom upstairs ( 1) Bunk Beds 2twin + 2 twin seperate

3rd Bedroom upstairs (2)twin beds & (1) Full size.

Extra room / Game Room Has (1) Cal King Bed, TV,VCR/DVD



Enjoy the Large 20 foot by 44 foot in ground Swimming Pool.

Hot Spring Hot Tub

Master Bedroom has their own bathroom on First Floor two other

Bedrooms are upstairs with 1 Bath.

This is a non smoking home, however smoking is allowed outside the

Prices are per night (cheapest lodge by Disneyland) vacation rentals by Disneyland, Vacation home rentals in Anaheim,

We determine our rates based on demand at any given time of year. Peak travel and vacation weeks typically are Spring Break (March/Apr), Summer (mid-May to mid-Sep), Thanksgiving (late Nov) and Christmas/New Year's (late Dec to early Jan).

3 Bedroom + Extra Room, 2 Bath with Private Pool

from $299 to $399 per night Cleaning Fees

$175 Departure Cleaning Fee for 3 bedroom+1 extra , 2 baths
Deposit

Paid deposit reserves the dates on a first come first serve basis.

$400 refundable security deposit, returned 1 weeks after departure (3 bedroom+1, 2bath)

We have one of the Lowest rate for vacation home rentals in Anaheim and Disneyland area with all the amenities if the other vacation homes

• $300 Cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled reservations.

• Additional Fee may be applicable (i.e., Optional $150 per week for heating the swimming Pool, etc.) Please use the solar blanket at night to keep the pool temp warm.

Temp with heated pool will be approx 80 F remember this is not a hot tub. If you want the pool to be 85F to 95F degrees it is $250 per week.

Full payment must be received 60 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation must be in writing 60 days prior arrival.

You can pay by Cashiers Check or PayPal.



If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation dates become open and available to others on a first come first serve basis.



Check in 3pm, check out 10:30 am

Minimum stay in Low season is 4 nights

Minimum stay in High and Peak season is 5 nights

  This was our first experience with a home rental, I would have to start by saying the pictures are exact. It is so warm and cozy. It was what ever family needed we had our own space, fit everyone together,perfect pool,hot tub, and the backyard with BBQ. There is so much more to this home. It was close to Disneyland and so easy to get around anaheim. All I can say is positive things about this rental. We truly had a great time staying here and never want to leave! We definitley will be looking to stay there again when we visit anaheim. Ivan & Diane were so easy to deal with, answered all our questions and were a text away if we needed anything. Thank you Ivan and Diane for a wonderful vacation. You truly made our family vacation more memorabe and enjoyable, you went above and beyond our expections. We would highly recommend your home!!
