- Late checkout, early checkin policy- $75 charge for late checkout up to 2 hours (12:30) or early checkin up to 2 hours (1pm) Must be paid in advance with rental agreement; If longer time is needed, arrangement must be made in advance. If the checkout times are not hornored by rentor in accordance with the agreement, a charge will be deducted from the security refund accordingly up to one full day rent.
