Welcome to Our Large Spanish Style Residential Residence Centrally Located to Everything in the Anaheim Resort, is Less than a Short 2 and 1/2 Block Walk to the FREE TRAMS to Main Gate of Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and Disney's New Theme Park: "California Adventure.

Our Spanish Style Poolside Guest House "Casita" is a Favorite Rental of Many of Our Guests.

Our home Features:

• 14 Individual Beds - with all new Luxury pillowtop pocket coil mattresses;

• 6 Private Individual Bedrooms;

• 4 Full Bathrooms (i.e., Which Include Shower and/or Tub; Toilet; and Sink)

• 1 Gourmet Spanish Style Kitche...n with icemaker and water filter system;

• Kitchen includes new glassware, tableware, pot and pans and cutlery;

• 1 Kitchenette;

• 2 Gas Fireplaces;

• 3 Living Rooms - all recently updated;

• 2 Laundry Room Facilities (Upper and Ground Level);

• Newly Refurbished Swimming Pool (Can be Heated for Additional Costs);

• Spa;

• 3 Barbecues;

• All Rooms/Areas of the Residence Air Conditioned;

• High Speed Internet Access Installed into the Walls of the Residence; and

• A Gated and Fenced Motor Court in Front of Residence.

Smaller groups have the option of renting the lower level only for $375/night - 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and we can accommodate large groups of up to 23 with the optional upper level suite, which sleeps up to 8 additional persons for an additional rate.

Please note that We Only Rent Out Our Upstairs' Rental Unit when you Rent Out our Lower Level "Casita" Accommodations. We Only Rent the House to One Client Guest Group at a Time.Read more

We have specials for fill-in dates - contact us for off season specials!
Please note the lower level may only be rented alone in off-season.
The upper suite must be rented as an add-on to the lower level; we do not rent the upper suite on its own.
We only rent the home to one group at a time, so if you rent the lower level, we will NOT rent the upper suite to anyone else during your stay.

  Wonderful, amazing home. Toys for little kids to enjoy. Awesome heated pool where kids stayed in for hours!! We really enjoyed our stay. Three days is not enough. Next time, we will stay for a whole week! Owner Rich and his assistant is amazing, friendly people.
  
  We were able to bring/buy food to cook. We bbbq'd in the back yard looking over the fireworks from Disneyland.
  
  Lots of room for our family - party of 12! Very comfy beds, we did our own laundry in the back where there's a couple of washer/dryer. Your towels are folded when done.
  
  Super convenient, super fun and enjoyable.

  Great location - walk to Disneyland. Well set up for large fami

  We spent five days with our large family, 8 adults, two small children and a baby. We rented the upstairs as well, which is a self contained suite with a second kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is close to Disneyland and a pleasant walk in a nice area either to the trams or to Downtown Disney. Because it was close enough for little kids to make the walk, it allowed us to come back mid-day for a swim in the heated pool or a soak in the hot tub before returning to the park. They supplied baby items, a play'n pack, strollers, games for the kids, all of which made it feel like home. The house is so big that there was a lot of privacy, and room to spread out, but still all be together. Having a kitchen saved us hundreds of dollars and was much nicer than eating 3 meals a day in restaurants. We loved watching the fireworks from the patio area. The house is great for families or other groups. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and all of us used both several times a day. We all agree that it will be our place of choice for our next visit.

  Large and beautiful home, was walking distance to Disneyland. Large pool and jacuzzi. Nice to watch Disney fireworks in the evening from back yard. Colorful spanish-style decor, big cozy (gas) fireplace. Very big front room for conversation and/or relaxing. Owner was available and attentive (but not intrusive). 3 washers and dryers available! Would love to come back. Big enough for a large family.
