The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is an easy 15 minute walk (1 mile) to free Disneyland 'Mickey and Friends' Trams that depart every 2-3 minutes for Disneyland Parks. You can also walk 0.4 miles to the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) shuttle stop. The house is conveniently located 10 blocks from I-5 freeway entrance, 20 minutes from John Wayne (Orange County / Santa Ana) airport, 30 minutes from beaches (Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Long Beach).

This wonderful home is as advertised. It is very roomy and newly updated. Our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) had plenty of room and we were always comfortable. The home is very clean and it was wonderful to not have to worry about the little things (soap, laundry det, spices, pans and many other extras) that Melinda provides. The Welcome basket was greatly appreciated. Our family watched the fireworks from the front porch on the nights we were not at Disneyland. I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a worry free experience. Thank you again Melinda.

We stayed in this house during our recent California vacation. We had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were quite large. The kitchen was well equipped, with enough pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, etc...
The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub in the backyard was fabulous. We loved being so close to Disneyland. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We would recommend this house very highly. -

Melinda was a pleasure to deal with the the house was great. There's plenty of room, it is fully furnished, very clean and has been nicely updated. The house is in a safe clean neighborhood and is a quick walk or $10 cab rides to Disney and shopping at Target and Walmart. Melinda also provides a free phone with long distance, high sped internet and cable tv as well. this was the perfect family house and with 10 people it did not feel cramped at all. Book this rental with confidence and enjoy your vacation. I have already recommended this property to friends and will seek it out on the next visit to anaheim

This house was rented by my family and my sister in law's family with a total of 7 kids and 4 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. There is one bedroom and bathroom upstairs where my family stayed. We put 2 air mattresses on the floor by the front windows for our 4 and 6 year olds, and Melinda set up a crib for our 2 year old. This room is huge! There was still lots of room left over after all the beds were laid out! The room has an entryway that has an open closet one one side and a nook on the other. Between those 2 areas is all open space. The bathroom was a good size with 2 sinks and a very nice shower. My sister in law and her husband took the master bedroom that has a nice big bed with an awesome shower in the bathroom. In the other 2 rooms, one has 4 beds and the other has 1 bed and a pull out futon. All the beds were comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was very nice with new everything. There is a table with 4 chairs in the kitchen nook and a bigger table with a lot of chairs next to the family room. Melinda also left a high chair for us to use. The house had all sorts of condiments in the refrigerator and extra supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, and paper towels in a closet. There were also gallon size bags, aluminum foil, and such in the pantry. Of course there is salt, pepper, and all sorts of seasonings in the cupboards. There was also coffee in big tins! It was so nice having all of these things available to us in this house. There were also plenty of towels and beach towels available, although there were not any washcloths, which I thought was odd. The hot tub in the back looked great but we were too busy to enjoy it! As far as I understand it, this house was completely remodeled and just started being rented out this summer. Melinda answered her phone promptly and responded promptly to my requests...she was a pleasure to rent from. It was very clean, comfortable, big, and Melinda was wonderful. I wouldnt hesitate to rent again.
