This is the first time we have rented private holiday accommodation & we could not be happier. The house was everything Ivan & Diane said it was. My partner & I travelled to the USa with our adult children & two grandchildren so the house was the right size for our family of 8. We found the house to be very homely, friendly, fresh, welcoming & beautiful. The pool, spa & table tennis table was a asset as we had a great time in all three. We loved to watch the fire works of a night from the spa and back veranda. The conveniences of the house being central to shops & Disneyland is a big plus. Thank you Ivan & Diane for having us in your home. Hope you enjoyed your bottle of wine 7 carrot Cake. Once again big thank you & all the best. I hope your future renters get as much enjoyment as we did.

This was our first experience with a home rental, I would have to start by saying the pictures are exact. It is so warm and cozy. It was what ever family needed we had our own space, fit everyone together,perfect pool,hot tub, and the backyard with BBQ. There is so much more to this home. It was close to Disneyland and so easy to get around anaheim. All I can say is positive things about this rental. We truly had a great time staying here and never want to leave! We definitley will be looking to stay there again when we visit anaheim. Ivan & Diane were so easy to deal with, answered all our questions and were a text away if we needed anything. Thank you Ivan and Diane for a wonderful vacation. You truly made our family vacation more memorabe and enjoyable, you went above and beyond our expections. We would highly recommend your home!!

This was the first time I rented a home to stay and go to Disneyland. It was the perfect solution for our large group of 14. From the start Diane and Ivan responded promptly and graciously to every question even before the reservation. Upon our arrival the home was warm, inviting and beautifully decorated with updated everything! It was as described or better and the guest house, pool and spa are a great bonus. We were so close to Disneyland that we came home for dinner 2 of the nights and made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen. We were able to save some money there:) We were able to do laundry as we liked. In one instance when the dryer stopped just short of its cycle and I called Ivan he was ready to bring towels right over as to not inconvenience us in any way. We didn't need that as there was plenty for all of us, but he was out the next morning convenient to our schedule to make sure everything was working perfectly. I also loved that we could watch the Disney fireworks from the backyard seeing everything. This was a great place with wonderful and gracious hosts which lead to a great vacation:)

The stay at this anaheim home was wonderful, so close to disneyland among other areas. The pool was a great hit the one day the temp was in the mid 70's. Thanks so much for having all the little girls princess outfits with 3 little girls, that was awesome and then the fireworks every night were the best. thanks again will difently recommend your home.

Heating issue is a total surprise since we've had no problem with it from guests who stayed before and after this reviewer's family. Based on our communication with the writer of this review one of the family members who was staying at the Guesthouse did not realize that the heater was on a manual control, rather assumed it was on an automatic timer. Unfortunately, this was not reported to us whenever we checked in with them during their stay. We were told repeatedly that "Everything was fine". This could have been easily taken care of over the phone. Our main house has a central heating which is updated and in great working condition. The Guesthouse has a brand new heat pump which works on a remote control with temperature setting. We are very much committed in providing our guests with comfort and convenience at our home. We just wished that we would have known about it while they were staying at the house. Thank you for other comments.

We had the most wonderful stay at Diane and Ivan's home in anaheim. The house is beautiful, to say the least. It was built in the early 1900's, but it has been totally refurnished and redecorated. The pictures of the house are very accurate, but it is so much more attractive to see it in person. The house is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities listed, and very well kept and clean.
There were a total of ten of us staying in the house and we had plenty of room. My mother enjoyed staying in the separate guest house, having her own space to her self. The guest house is so cute and inviting. The kitchen is wonderful, with brand new appliances and everything you need to feel at home. All of my family members were highly impressed with this house that I rented and we all felt very comfortable and right at home.
Diane and Ivan are wonderful property owners and were extremely easy to work with. They were very accomodating to our family and easy to get in contact with when needed. We want to thank Diane and Ivan for all the accomodations for our family- the fenced and heated pool, the Christmas tree, and the baby supplies.
My family went to Disneyland, which is just five minutes away by car. It was so nice having the home so close,, especially with little ones. We spent the day there, came home so the our children could nap, and then returned again at night. You can even walk, if you enjoy that.
If you have little ones with you, Diane and Ivan are more than welcome to accomodate them. They supplied us with a highchair, high quality stroller, pack n play. They also have a ton of kid friendly movies, games, dress up clothes, and a Wii game console.
All I can say is positive things about this rental. We truly had a great time staying here and didn't want to leave!!! We definitley will be looking to stay here again if we ever visit anaheim again.
