Welcome to the Ranch!

Kick up your heels for your own California Adventure in our large custom ranch-style home with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths with an additional cottage - we can accommodate up to 16 - 20 people.

Thank you for considering Barrett Family Ranch as 'home-base' during your Southern California vacation. Below is a description of the bedrooms and surrounding area activities.

BEDROOMS:

- 'KING'S ROOM' Master Bedroom (upstairs) with a family-sized jacuzzi bathtub, a separate shower with double shower heads, and his/her antique vanities with sinks: Queen Bed. This Master Suite features a Victorian-style sitting... room, mantel, fireplace and private porch overlooking Barrett Family Ranch and surrounding properties.

- 'PONY ROOM' (upstairs) A children's room with two twins beds.

- 'INDIAN ROOM' (downstairs) with en-suite bathroom and shower: Queen Bed. The entryway to this suite is via the Great Room, surrounded by autographed renditions of Indian Kuchina dancers. This bedroom has heavy sliding doors that close the room off from the rest of the house.

In a separate wing of the house is a Library and two adjacent bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, bathtub and shower:

- 'VICTORIA'S BEDROOM', Queen Bed. Victoria's Bedroom feature a matching set antique bed, armoire, and dressing table with old-fashioned dolls.

- 'WOLF'S DEN BEDROOM', Queen Bed: Wolf's Den features gorgeous antique furniture and artwork featuring wolves in their natural habitat.

- 'LOUIS LAMOUR LIBRARY', Share full bathroom: Features Antique Murphy bed that folds down out of a wall-mounted casing, a beautiful antique with adjustable firm or soft coils on the bed.

ACTIVITIES:

What makes this property unique is our location within the Equestrian Community of Orange Park Acres; virtually every home around us has horses and kids love to play in the front-yard and watch the horses walk by the gate. Orange Park Acres features 35 miles of horse trails so there are a ton of things to do with children within walking distance (feed the horses, playgrounds, a working farm with miniature ponies/zebras/pot-belly pigs/ostriches/llamas and more!). *Link to Orange Park Acres - http://www.orangeparkacres.org/OPA_Site/Home.html

Within a few miles of Barrett Family Ranch is Irvine Regional Park featuring the Orange County Zoo and Irvine Park Railroad -- horse and pony rides, paddle boats and a real working miniature railroad. **Link to http://www.irvineparkrailroad.com/
