This majestic home is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms (King size beds) on the main floor with vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open to a spacious lanai. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and experience tropical breezes and the soothing sounds of the sea. The extra large, beautifully landscaped yard makes for a great place to sprawl out, take leisurely strolls or host an event (for an extra site fee). Aliomanu Beach is conveniently located on the East/North Shore of Kauai between Anahola and Kilauea. It is just minutes away from an abundance of shopping, fine restaurants, and world class golf.

This place is beautiful and comfortable to visit. It's perfect for entertaining, has a huge yard and great size kitchen. The beach out front is great for snorkeling. I love the character of this place...and will bring my family back every year.

This place is the ultimate romantic getaway. The house was great and could definitely house a group of 4-6 people but my girlfriend and I decided to have it all to ourselves for a week. The house was fantastic, the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean, the huge yard the gorgeous veiws from every window were fantastic. The feature you just can't beat however is the secret passage to a hidden beach.
The late check-in of 3pm was a big pita given that our flight arrived early in the morning and we were locked out but the Bain folks were accomodating once we reached them and let us into the house.

There were four of us, two couples, and we all agree that we love this home. The house was fully equipped, the property was very large, with beautiful tropical landscaping. The kitchen had everything that was needed, there was a nice BBQ in the patio area, lots of toys for the beach, and even nice beach chairs. There is enough room for three couples to be very comfortable in this home. The beach was great, with great snorkeling, lots of fish! It was nice having an outdoor shower after swimming. The downstairs patio was really nice, there was a BBQ, and we used it almost every night. The hot tub worked good, and we enjoyed it very much. This home is in a great location, and is away from the crowds, it will give you peace and quite, but it's not far away from Kapaa, where there are stores. I'd suggest stopping at Costco when you arrive in Lihue, and stock up on supplies. Lisa is the Concierge at Bali Hai, and she can help you set up some activities, and she is very helpful. I wish I were there now!

The house was wonderful - exactly what we were looking for - off the beaten path and private. We had 3 couples and it was perfect for that since it was 3 bedrooms with king beds and 3 baths. My only suggestion would be to add drapes to the front bedrooms - the sunrise is awesome but some mornings you may want to sleep in a little longer. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked often during our stay. The bed linens and towels all seemed new which was nice. I would rent this home again!

The location and grounds for the house was unbelievable but the house itself needs some work. The kitchen stove had some problems; maintenance issues in many areas (kitchen floor tiles, the screen on the lower level was damaged); could have been a little cleaner but the view overshadowed the shortcomings.

Spectacular home in an amazing location. Whatever we wanted from candles to a ukelele it was already there waiting for us.
