The names of the streets are Sor Luisa and Fatima. They run perpendicular to one another and have a character that is distinct from any other in Angeles. At first glance, they appear to be part of a nice family oriented neighborhood and they are. They are bright and sunny with clean, well-maintained homes. The people there are friendly, warm and inviting. Both streets are short and google maps doesn't even have a name for them. Unlike many other Angeles streets, these streets are quiet as they don't have the regular flow of traffic consisting of noisy trikes, jeeps and motorcyles.. That is because the residents have succeeded in perman...ently closing the entrance to Fatima from A Santos.

Don't let this serene setting fool you though. The initial appearance hides what lurks just beyond. What makes this location particularly unique is the Alice-in-Wonderland looking-glass effect provided by the Niagarra Restobar at the end of Fatima Street. Once you pass through the bar you are drawn into a world vastly different from the one left behind on Sor Luisa and Fatima. You first see the Wild Orchid Resort just across the street and the fun begins as directly to the left is a bar called the Honky Tonk, which is hosted by several lovely Filipina who come mostly from an area of Mindinao called Surigao. As you proceed down the street, you pass by several more bars all laden with nice filipina ready to keep you company and help you enjoy your stay. The bars are open 24 hours a day with ladies there every hour of the day. Hard to get lonely here when any hour of the day you can walk outside and find someone waiting for you.

Further down A Santos you'll find other hotels and after less than a pleasant 5 minute walk you will find yourself on the famous Fields Avenue right at the point where the best of the Fields Avenue bars lie. You'll find a slew of entertainment here and every night is a festive vibrant occasion

After several trips to Angeles over the past few years, it was only by accident that I discovered this gentle recluse that lies just beyond all the action. I immediately knew this was my place to stay in Angeles since I like a neighborhood atmosphere in the day coupled with the privacy to bring my friends in and out at night as the neighborhood sleeps. By the way, there is no need to worry about getting around at night either as the streets are well-lit despite few people outside. I acquired a couple of townhomes in the area and furnished them to my comfort. That includes good comfortable queen beds, internet access, cable tv, a cold spacious refrigerator, and cooking facilities. In one place I also included some basic exercise equipment, which the girls seem to enjoy.

I made everything available here at a very affordable price and you get a great value for your dollar spent. My aim is comfort and practicality and here you have that combination at less that half what you would pay for the lavish hotels just beyond the looking-glass. Despite what you might think about the low cost of living in the Philippines, as can be testified to by many vacationers here, a Philippine vacation has tendancy to have you bleeding money at a pretty rapid pace if you are not careful. Use the dollars saved by staying at my place to help offset the extra expenditures you are sure to incur.

Also note that you can save extra by having a friend share the townhome. There are two completely separate bedrooms with lock and key and a common area down stairs that could, in some instances, be the size of 2 hotel rooms

Additional Location Information

Literally steps away from all the best action in Angeles. You can walk out and find yourself a company 24 hours a day. The Wild Orchid is probably less than 100 yards away, which has the one of the most if not the most aesthetically appealing swimming pools in Angeles. Supermarkets and eateries are all within walking distance. SM Clark shopping mall is a little further but surely within walking distance if you are willing to go 15 minutes. The neighbors are friendly and all willing to help make your stay in Angeles pleasant. Discos and bars are also mostly within a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet at night for privacy and a peaceful rest. Yet the action continues all night just 2 minutes away. This is downtown and away from it all in the same place.

Additional notes from owner

Discounted rates are available for those that want to take responsibility for the electric. Currently, electric charges are assessed at 9php per KW hour. That's approximately 20 US cents. 1 apartment has 3 air conditioners but at night they are not really needed for comfortable sleeping. If you are conscious of electric, then electric charges shouldn't be more than 50usd/month. This can really make for a great bargain stay in Angeles.

  Our stay was fantastic. Basic needs are met and beyond expectation. All I needed are clean place to sleep, kitchen to cook to save my money for meals, Wifi, Bathroom, and location with everything in it. Its worth your money. Beyond expectation is the kindness of the owner Louie and his partner rachel.

  If you are someone who is seasoned or a rookie to the phillippines then look no further for your home away from home as This is the location you need when you want a home.
  this is a townhouse with all the fixings of your states side home. Lcd tv, cable , internet and even a Stateside number so u can call home or be called.
  This was my second trip to the phillipines but 1st trip to luzon and I fell in love with the island, mnainly because I lived as a Phillipino.
  the luxury of Home with the atmosphere of the phillipnes. the townhouse is spaciouse, with a powerful air conditioning unit downstairs and the bedrooms have aircondition upstairs as well. the way the house is built its breezy threw the evening if you preffer. I opted to hire a house keeper to come clean daily and prepare my meals. all this was provided to me by the owner. as for location, I was literally 700ft from people paying thousands of dollars to stay in a hotel. the nightlife in angeles city is amazing and nothing short of home.
  bang for your buck this is the place to stay and be centrally located in the phillipines.
