This newly built Villa is one of the only Villa located directly on the beach. Our staff will take care of your every need and even prepare your breakfast every morning. You will have access to our concierge service which will book all your activities including restaurants, diving, fishing, spa, massage, private chef, and more.
This Villa is equipped in the same manner you would equip your own home.

Rates are per night and include exclusive use of the entire villa, grounds, equipment and full staff service.
There is a seven night minimum in Winter and a four night minimum in the Summer. Rates do not include 10% Government tax and 10% service charge. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if reservation is made within 60 days of arrival. All monies are thereafter non refundable.
For Christmas and New Year reservations a 50% non refundable deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due on the 1st September. All monies are thereafter non refundable.
Travel insurance is suggested. A security deposit is required on all bookings throughout the year.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs over 60 days prior to arrival except for Christmas and New Year bookings. If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to arrival all monies received will be non refundable except for Christmas and New Year when the date is September 1st. All rates are subject to change.
