This 3700 sf. sprawling compound offers mature landscaping, a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, a 1900 sf. Great Room and the Entertainment Deck. Each bedroom offers private decks for sunning or just relaxing with a cocktail. If you don't want to go to the beach (within walking distance) you can relax by Villafay's private pool.

We stayed at Villa Fay for almost a month and I had to write a review, because it was just the perfect spot for us! We had family down for the first 10 days, and we all had separate and very private bedrooms...The pool was a major hit for the kids. The family left and then we had 2 couples join us for the next 2 weeks. It was so comfortable for us all...We had our own space if needed, and getting together in the "Great Room" for a terrific home cooked meal at night was so relaxing and fun. Sonia was very attentive to our needs, and Leroy kept the pool pristine! We just loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

Sun decks, hummingbirds, trade winds...VillaFay captivates with its serenity. From the moment we turned into the driveway, I knew it was going to be a unique experience. The spacious, well-appointed rooms with panoramic views of the ocean and neighboring St Maarten made for a truly grand vacation. But the wonderful seclusion was what made it extra-special...reading, relaxing, and swimming in your own private eden on beautiful anguilla. It had everything those new more commercial villas have but more... with its history, ambiance and quiet charm that created a feeling like you actually belonged to the island. Amenities and guest services were terrific and fully appreciated as well. It may have been my first stay there, but certainly won't be my last!

We have been visiting anguilla for the past 9 years and this was our first time staying at Villa Fay. This was by far our favorite experience visiting the island. Villa Fay is very comfortable for a group and the spot is quiet and private. The Bedrooms are also very comfortable and spacious. Our favorite beach was a walk away which made our stay even more perfect.
We would recommend Villa Fay to anyone, and we hope to be able to be back there again someday. -

Phil and I had a wonderful time on vacation with my sister and her family at Villa Fay! It was perfect, our own private resort with separate living quarters. We will never forget the views from huge great room and the upper deck overlooking the pool looking out to the beaches or St. Martin in the distance... looking at the stars and hearing the frogs at night and the breezy open air, ahh! so tranquil , serene! We even loved the record breaking rain we had.. made for a nice day in great room with drinks and good company. All the amenities of home and so much more. 5 Days with no care in the world was definitely too short of a stay!

Well, We just got back from a fabulous stay at Villa Fay. This was our first time staying at this Villa and we loved it. The view is breathtaking! We had the kids and Grandkids down for part of our stay and they loved it too. The pool was a big hit, kept immaculate by Leroy! We ate in on many nights, because it was so somfortable. Sonia met our every need, and then some. We are already looking forward to next year! The Baughns.
