We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol. It is in a good location away from the busy beaches, but still close enough to be convenient. The flat was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Also, the provided suggestions for taxi service and local places to go and things to do were spot on. Although we were able to get what we needed at a close by supermarket, simple kitchen amenities were limited and it would have been nice to have a few spices and standard cooking necessities available. The management was very friendly and helpful as well as the guards and other staff. I would recommend Casa Del Sol for families, business trips, or couples. Very nice place.

I am glad to write a review on Casa delsol
I was in Goa with a small group (4 adults ) from March 14th to 20th.
This was the best decisions made during my trip to Goa. Staying here was an "awesome" experience.They have maintained this property in a great way. Spot clean, the air conditioning worked well Bathrooms were well maintained and a clean Pool.I liked location very much.All amenities provided were fulfilling to our expectations.
To be totally honest, there were a couple of little "niggles" that I would mention first we requested for an extra bedding which was not there in the apartment when we arrived and when provided pillow was still missing and bedding was stained.secondly there should be an option for House keeping as nobody was there to clean the apartment for our entire stay.
This place is close to Candolim/Calangute/Baga beach but you will need a bike or a car to commute as grocery stores / restaurants are not at walking distance.
I would happily suggest to all who are travelling along with family with young kids/small groups please do not miss an excellent opportunity to stay here.

Set on the main arpora-Siolim road Casa del Sol is a gated villa/apartment block with green surroundings and fabulous proximity to all attractions like the Saturday Night Nazaar, Anjuna beach and a short drive from Morjim and Calangute-Baga
We were 2 adults and 2 children and although our flight got delayed and we landed at Casa del Sol only around 10 pm I found Nitin waiting for us to get us settled and give us a short but very illuminating brief on how to make the most of our time in Goa. Nitin and George, the manager, are amazing - always there to help especially with hiring a car, airport drop and suggestions on how to spend the evenings.
The best part about the apartment is that it is exactly how it looks in the pictures - not touched up as we find in many other places.
The kitchen is well equipped although we didnt use it much. A washing machine would perhaps complete the apartments needs.
A car is a must and Nelson (the car guy preferred by CDS)was very reliable - showed up in 15 minutes and we were ready to go the next morning.
Nitin suggested we try out Thalassa, a Greek restaurant at Ozran-Vagator beach - a short 10 minute drive from CDS. It was a delightful discovery. We ended up for two consecutive nights at this restaurant.
Stay away from Calangute-Baga - they are too crowded. Morjim, Aswem are the peaceful beaches to be - where you can spend hours in peace. They have good shacks and are about 20-30 mins drive further north of CDS.
We went to Saturday Night azaar and were so disappointed. Having seen Ingo's bazaar in the early days when things weren't so commercial it has morphed into a large show with all the Calangute shops transferring their stock of clothes, trinkets etc to this market in the night and price it 30% higher. Still worth a quick visit once - it is only 5 mins from CDS.
We had just 3 nights and two days at CDS but are sure to return and recommend it to our friends a really interesting way to stay in and explore Goa. -

Our stay at Casa del Sol was delightful in many ways. Its an impeccably maintained property in the heart of anjuna, just minutes away from arpora, Candolim/Calangute/Baga, and within easy distance to lovely beaches like Morjim and ashwem. Our apartment was spacious and well designed. The manager was helpful and gracious. The pool is clean and well maintained. Our only suggestion? Better quality linen, more blankets and towels, and some hand soap in the bathrooms. Nitin was a warm and gracious host, and very accommodating. Overall, a wonderful little gem of a property to enhance your Goa experience.

Casa Del Sol is complex of 9 flats and 3 villas, with pool and parking facilities. It is a great option for someone who is looking for just stay in North Goa. All units come well furnished and equipped with amenities.
The place is placed central to most of North Goa beaches, some amazing cafes and restaurants and clubs. Being situated by the main road, security also is not an issue.
Will surely stay with them on our next trip to Goa. -

We had a wonderful stay in casa del sol property, we hired two luxury apartments for our three nights and four days stay of the institute trip. The owner Mr. Nitin George was an great support to organize our comfortable stay. The property is very close to all happening places of the area like super market, saturday night market , water park , Go-karting and clubs. Staff specially Mr. George were very helpful. Overall fantabulous place. I personally congratulate and wish for the best future for Mr. Nitin George. Thank You !

We rented out this property for 5 nights, our family of 4 (2 kids) had an amazing time at the 2 bed room apartment that we booked at Casa Del Sol which is actually located in between anjuna and Baga beach.
We usually holiday in Goa at least once in a year, but this is the first time we tried to explore the option of renting an apartment. Believe me, the risk was totally worth it, the apartment was clean and accessible. Though not walking distance from any of the beaches, we did rent out a bike and then a jeep to move about this place. There are some good restaurants in the vicinity which actually delivered food at the apartment if required. We usually stepped out for all the 3 meals and in the afternoon used the fully equipped kitchen to cook some food for the kids. The complex by itself is very quite and very well maintained. All in all a very memorable and a relaxing experience and would strongly recommend this apartment if you are considering options other than hotels in Goa !

Hi,
We were a big group of 18 ppl and we had taken a villa and 2 apartments for rental. The place is near to the most happening places around. Nitin is very polite and helpful and helped us during our stay. Price wise this place is Value for money with all amenities present.
I feel the place is under staffed and needs to be little bit more organised in terms of resources and inventories. Rest all is just more than perfect. Trust me you would not regret staying here.

Four of us with kid stayed for 4 nights at one of the apartments at Casa Del Sol. Apartment complex is located near Vagator beach, Chapura fort, club cabana and Saturday night market. Famous Calangute, Baga and caldolim beaches are at 15-20 mins drive.
Apartment was very well maintained with all the amenities like pool, washing machine, full functioning kitchen etc. Bike rentals were easy and bikes were delivered at our door step on a phone call. Its a great place to stay.
Only thing we were disappointed about was that no maid was sent for cleaning the apartment even after multiple requests and agreeing to pay for the maid services. This should be looked into by the owner.Response from Nitin George - 02/28/2013

Although I know North Goa form previous visits, this was my first stay in anjuna. My apartment was so comfortable and well equipped, I felt at home immediately. The swimming pool and grounds were immaculately kept and all the staff helpful and courteous. As I was staying there for 7 weeks, I was able to watch many visitors coming and going for shorter stays and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves in a relaxed manner. I wish the management and staff good fortune in the future, while I look forward to a return visit soon.

The luxury apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked with all amenities and more! The complex has full time security and has a swimming pool too. The location is fantastic as it is close to everything good but still away from the busy streets! The closest beach is about 5 kms so that may be a concern for some people,though we could just drive down with ease. The people are warm and welcoming and always available. I highly recommend this property to everyone!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Casa Del Sol in anjuna. The flat was well appointed and comfortable. The security man was really helpful and always had a smile to greet us at the gate. The rest of the staff were great too and the owner made us very welcome and ensured that we had an excellent experience of India as it was our first time there. He arranged the taxi from the airport and advised us of the best places to visit and eat. The pool was lovely and clean and the surrounding gardens were well maintained and beautiful.
The Night market was very near and a not to be missed experience. But we would say that the best market experience was the Friday market in Mapusa as it is a true Indian experience.
We would recommend Sid's restaurant, just up the road from Casa Del Sol for good, well cooked food, they do take out delivery too.
All together fantastic place, we can't think of any negatives to report on this property or its location and would definitely stay there again. -

Away from the clutter of Baga and Calungute, this is a great place to stay. It is perfectly located. Nitin and his team do a great job of making the place a total pleasure to stay in. Service is excellent, people are friendly, food is great(there are many good restaurants nearby), and on top of it all, the house itself is just perfect! It is very well furnished and has everything that you may require. We were a group of six when we traveled and had the place for a week, and none of us had absolutely anything negative to say about the place at the end of our stay. If you want to experience goa like it was a few years ago, this is a place i would definitely recommend!

Stayed at Casa Del Sol while on a family holiday. We booked a villa and a flat as we were a large group of 9. Bookings were done via e-mail and it was a smooth process.
The complex is well maintained and is located just off the main road in close proximity to the Saturday night market as well as restaurants, shopping and of course the beach, in Baga.
The units are clean and well appointed with furnishings, A/C's etc and also a fully equipped kitchen which is great for late morning breakfasts! There is also a very inviting pool which is clean and well maintained. A manager is on-call and reachable for any requests.
We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this place over a hotel! -

Stayed with the family in Casa del Sol. The two bedroom apartment is really convinient when travelling with kids. This was an amazing "find". Frequented by foreigners for its long-term accommodatiion aspect, this apartment though fairly close to anjuna Beach ,is located in a leafy green neighbourhood .The apartment is a very short walk from the famous Saturday Night Market , a water park for kids and surrounded by local restaurants and a supermarket. The separate kitchen and separate living areas made it feel like home.The swimming pool is well mantained I would definitely stay here again which is recommendation enough.

Fresh and funky! Are the first two phrases that come to mind when you settle in at Casa Del Sol. Right from the moment we arrived the essence of Goa was maintained! The difference was that this felt like a home away from home and yet maintained the legendary Goa hospitality. Right from the check in, ease of formalities and convenience of having personalized service was top notch.
I recommend this place and their management for anyone who wants to have a secluded feel along with the convenience of being close to all the actions that arpora town, Anjuna and Baga beaches have to offer. Super value, super convenience and a cozy at home feeling.
Tip: When a pickup is organized for you by the management at Casa Del Sol; ask their driver who got you there to hook you up with a bike or a car on hire. You save a lot more that way!

Centrally located within striking distance of anjuna and Vagator beaches and a few hundred metres from the Saturday night market, Casa del Sol is an island of tranquility,serenity and comfort. Tucked away at the far end of the property, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the pool, is the two bedroom flat where we stayed. The flat is fully furnished, complete with amenities including aCs, functional kitchen, fridge, cupboards, hot water etc - everything that you need in your home away from home. What's more, the flat interior and exterior is kept 'as good as new' by owner Nitin George and his helpful and ever smiling maintenance team.
Overall Casa del Sol offers the best of both worlds - luxury hotel stay with the privacy and comforts of home living, all at good value! -

A very well furnished 2 room appartmnet. Has been kept very neat and tidy and the construction is quite new.
Very conveniently located.
You have utensils in case you want to cook, the maid is there to clean and local care taker will help you in case of any assistance needed.
Total worth of money.
Surroundings are great. You have a pool where you can spend time in case needed. -

From the initial booking to the time we left the service we received was fantastic,nothing was to much trouble.
The apartment was spacious,clean,and with all mod cons.
The area was great with baga beach,anjuna and vagator beaches closeby,there was also the saturday night market,go kart track and water park a stones throw away!!! The choice of restaurants is vast and we never got tired of the different restaurants.
We will be back to stay again this November!!!
